My father worked at Flatbush depot, 9401 was my favorite unit never knew that in 1998 it was involved in a collision involving a bicyclist. And I rode with him on it one day good times

9532 was my favorite unit because it will always be remembered as the first ever RTS i caught on video when i was 9 in November 9th 2015.

Hey Kal-El great bachata, also we have this buses right here in San Juan, but the orders are with the Vultron TransDot signs from 1997 thru 2002, some 2000 buses, also the whole 2002 fleet receive the Luminator Horizon signs. Also the blue and white stripe is the former colors of AMA right here in San Juan from 1980 thru 1991.

These are the 2004-06 NovaBus RTS's the second order of the Novabus RTS's These arranged from 9349,9350-9403.

9349 was the first HEV powered unit.

These RTS buses are delivered with the Cummins ISB 04 Engine (BAE Hybridrive System). These sounded smooth.

4:15 that one and the other sounds almost like 6v92TA because it equipped with a Allison V-Drive R731 Transmission

There was a 1998 model 9666 that had Edwin Thomas who was murdered over an anti-bus transfer response to a 20 year old passenger while he was operating this bus on the B46 Local to the Williamsburg Bridge Plaza Terminal. Because of this crime scene, The MTA and DOB ordered this bus to no longer be seen in service because of this traumatic history. But eventually, That bus was transferred to QV Depot in Queens and was caught running in service in that borough.
