First day of school I met my best friend. We are still closer than ever. Most of the times when there's a restaurant scene, if the main characters talk loud or act inappropriate, the background people act like nothing's going on. This was pretty realistic because people could hear him the first time he raised his voice. So yeah, the background people did a great job helping with the intensity of the scene.

The closeness that Tony had for Manny that he alone could sit with Tony and his wife while Tony reveals all these things that are bothering him is dynamic
Actually, me being latin myself, that is more common than you might think xD Friends like Manny would be considered like a brother, like family. He really would be like an extension of you. Those guys are the best really...
Sadly he gets coked out and kills Manny. Of course only a few hours later, he also gets wacked.

I can't believe it man. I watched it yesterday and he killed his own brother. He killed his own brother like what!? He was fucked by the end of it and you could see it coming a mile away.
A friend as a brother is the best company for any man... You'll always get told the truth without any emotional blackmail. However nowadays such will be seen as being closet gay.
First day of school I met my best friend. We are still closer than ever. His mother passed away of a brain tumour at Christmas and I’ve always been there for him whenever he needed it and I’ve never seen him cry once. He had his own house at 19 and his own landscaping business. He is the toughest guy I know and I look at him as a brother. I look up to him a lot. I don’t know where I’d be without him. He is more important to me than any girl I’ve ever been with or any family member. You are completely right.
Thank u for uploading this. I just got done practicing what I learned in my acting book. And this was a divine appointment, because everything I was just taught was just exampled right here in this scene.

Tony was rich, feared and powerful yet he was always alone, money didnt changed anything
He was not alone. He was unable to see people around him
Money only solves money problems.
Money means nothing if it ain't bring you any happiness and is all alone with no family or friends around it means nothing
Being rejected by his mother hurt him a lot. Tony walked in the home to say "look ma, I made it". But because he got that money by being a thug, she kicked Tony out. If he had earned the mney the honest way he would probably been prouder and happier
He wasn't alone you can see as hr and how he talks to Manny the bond they've had since Cuba.

I know from following the High Hefner and Bill Cosby sex abuse cases that quualudes are no longer available in the United States. I understand that they are still being manufactured in South Africa. This is important for all sexual abuse survivors and potential targets, as well well as the intrinsic danger of the drug.
The dialogue in this scene and execution of it is perfect, it tells us so much without directly telling us:
A) Tony is unhappy with his marriage and dissatisfied about where his life is headed
B) He is slowly becoming unhinged and hates himself

@@Seekingtruth-mx3ur I don't think he was afraid of Tony. He wouldn't have married his sister after the threatening demand to keep away from her if that were the case.
