Wow. So many school kids walking by in distress. Everyone making phone calls, probably to reach their parents or friends. Walking past him in panic and he's just chilling with an ICEE. That's why you cannot believe his act in court. I bet he stands straight and fine away from the cameras in court.

Here in the good ol US of A the death penalty is a joke. The deathrow inmates sit there for decades getting 3 hots 1 cot every day in a well lit building with heating & AC they tend to die of some medical complication before they even reach the execution chamber, EG: a serial killer named "the Night Stalker" got the death penalty in 1989 then died in 2013 from natural causes, thats 24 years! Almost a quarter of a century he has been sitting there being taken care of.

“And what did this customer leave on the counter?”

Edit: yes I get everyone gets a fair trial...he already plead guilty to all counts..choosing life or death shouldnt be all dragged out like this...build a better system in where it doesn't take 16 weeks before deliberation. Everything they're laying out we already know he's guilty of..there should be some way to summarize things and then detail the less obvious things, like determining if he's mentally insane or just an evil a$$hole. I understand some may get closure from all this, but...16 weeks is a long time..these days are long...
I can't even understand why a trial is needed for his punishment - doing all this for those families to suffer through.
