Awesome video! Just got my Prinsu rack installed today on the Taco, and really excited to get a lightbar and some pods wired up soon!

That channel you placed the offset hole nuts (T-Nuts) into looks the same as used in (most) 3D printers and if so, you want the flat side of it pointed outward towards the opening. If they are good ones then they have cross-hatches which grabs the edges of the aluminum to keep what you attach well locked in place. With the rounded side pointed outward the moment it rains or you wash the car the things you attach can slide in any of the 4 directions (up-down, left-right). 2020 Aluminium isn't really that strong so having the strongest attachment (flat sides facing out) is important.
By the way, if the T-Nuts it came with don't have cross-hatching on the flat side you can buy them with as much from near anyplace (try T-Nuts said to be for 3D printing if you aren't finding them quickly).
    Hope that helps.

Is that channel in the window seal for water? I live in the pnw where it rains a lot. I'm just wondering, thanks

Hey Connor, I'm looking to do the same thing. I'm stuck on whether to do cali raised roof rack with light bar and side lights already mounted or do the prinsu roof rack with light bar and then add on side lights to the rack. Which do you think is better in my situation? I like the look of prinsu better but the hassle and work the cali raised roof rack takes off by already coming with side lights is nice too. Thanks!

Thanks for watching the video!! I think that personally comes down to you in whichever route you want to take. My motto is so whatever you think looks best, putting in more work is worth it if you think it will work better!

Hey Connor, I am experiencing some whistle sounds at 40mph+ which is annoying. I think I did same installation as like you did and wondering if you are having that issue or not. :)

I have not heard any wind noises and I’ve gone 80+ to test and have not heard a whistle at all which is why I was really impressed with this rack. If my sunroof shade thing is opened where the sun is coming through then I can hear some wind, but when that is closed it is quiet!

Dude the short fat screw on the side of the LED bar no problem. How in God's heaven were you able to fit the 2" screw to hold the bracket on the bar? there is not enough space.... did I get wrong screws from Cali R.?? There is no way!

@@matthewfisher7735 He got it wrong in the video, he probably figured it out later on and he got lazy editing the video. Those screws do not fit there for sure. In my case I got the wrong Screws from Cali R. 1" will do the job.
