@@yotaxpedition projection of light, ease of install, hardware required. Mostly that. I would imagine roof bars give out more light and bumper ones are more of a high beam is that accurate?
Well a roof light bar is going to be bigger so yes it will give more light. One thing to take in to consideration is a roof light bar might reflect off your hood and you might not like that. Where one in the front of your truck you wont have that issue. Also a light bar up front is easier to wire because wont have to worry about getting the wiring from your roof area to your engine bay.
Good video! Good advice for rookies like myself!
Glad we could help!
Can you do a video showing how each of those light bars performs? I’m in the market for one and still deciding which location will be best
Are there any things you're unsure about? Maybe I can help you out.

Your number one should be to find out if mounting a light bar is legal in your state.
It's pretty much illegal in all states to use off-road lights on the roadways. The main purpose is for off-road situations or emergencies.
Every where is fine except for dipshit California
@@yotaxpeditionyep, if it ain't SAE, you probably can't run it on road.
Any off road light is ilegal to use on regular road…. You don’t want to be the idiot blinding everyone with your lightbar.
