    Half way through the Fitness Challenge and feeling some what fatigued deciding to take a couple of days taking it easy. Still walking but at a level more like before the challenge started trying to regain my spark after having flu last week.

Despite battling illness just last week, I'm determined to complete the remaining half of the challenge.     Take it easy, take a couple of days rest, then back into the walking. Great idea starting a channel to track your progress. I shall follow with interest. Keep going!

    Best to not knock yer Pipe out, Colin. A couple of days taking it easier, and after your run in with the Flu, and you'll be right as ninepence. Then you'll smash through the 200 miles 😃
