Do I use a wax ring w/o the plastic funnel attached to it on top of the yellow piece for the toilet to sit on? Or a wax ring with plastic flange for toilet to sit on?
If the existing flange is broken at bolt location and is on top of the floor, then what? If you put this on top won't it be too high?
