    Best thing about fitness is that diet can be moulded my your choice and type and even healthy
    Personally my contains, (simple and not unique but good)
    3 parantha brek( couldn't leave)
    Roti+ dal Or green vegetable + curd as per video lunch
    Coffee with 300 ml milk before workout
    4 eggs/Peanut butter sandwich + soya chunks ( post)
    Roti + sabji
    Note - Everything is considered under Maintainence calorie
    Protein - 80 gm (approx) for day

    I've been lifting since like 6-7 years.. I wish I started with this foundation programs years back when I was new ! Keep up good work bro💪 great series.. I've moved to Body weight training from isolated training , I understand now how weak my core is.. do you only do hollow body planks and crow pose for Core strength?

    BEST MEAL PLAN FOR VEGETARIAN
    drink water first in the morning
    1: sprouted chana and moong
    2: milkshake or milk oats with fruits
    3: dal chawal + dahi + salad
    4: peanut butter sandwich or some fruits as pre workout
    5: 600 ml milk with dry fruits
    Or dal chawal with dahi OR dal roti with ghee
    That's it for beginners but we'll this diet would be heavy to digest
    That's it a diet plan of 5 rich meals

    It was a pretty informative video for a beginner... Some good points made. No hard feelings, but at 15:33 you seemed to contradict one of your previous statement... You said that it's not good to take fats, carbs at night since they seem to digest slowly, but then again you say that it's good to take Casein protein because it digests slowly... As far as my knowledge is concerned, OVERALL macros and calories is what matters and not the time we are having them.

      Yes I said the same because your glycogen level is full by the end of the day so whatever carbs you will be taking at night will be stored by body. On the other hand protein overnight night will act as a fuel to the muscles.

      Do not do too much workout go easy on your body and prepare for long term. Most people who are at top prepared for long term. Do enough stretching at night and take protein shake after workout. Eat good fruits and vegetables like carrot, beetroot, palak, apple, mousambi and drink ample water.

      Dude , calories in calories out is just for weight loss/gain
      In calisthenics most idiots start out eating shit everyday like 20 egg whites and white rice seeing Hrithik Roshan's interview. This is for beginners who ask what to eat all the time like fools.
      Weight loss/gain has no impact in calisthenics ,however lower weight will help in the beginning .
