It was a pretty informative video for a beginner... Some good points made. No hard feelings, but at 15:33 you seemed to contradict one of your previous statement... You said that it's not good to take fats, carbs at night since they seem to digest slowly, but then again you say that it's good to take Casein protein because it digests slowly... As far as my knowledge is concerned, OVERALL macros and calories is what matters and not the time we are having them.
Yes I said the same because your glycogen level is full by the end of the day so whatever carbs you will be taking at night will be stored by body. On the other hand protein overnight night will act as a fuel to the muscles.
Do not do too much workout go easy on your body and prepare for long term. Most people who are at top prepared for long term. Do enough stretching at night and take protein shake after workout. Eat good fruits and vegetables like carrot, beetroot, palak, apple, mousambi and drink ample water.
