Very nice sir!! I was only able to do 3 pull ups before, however after strictly following your progressions I can do 12 decent pull ups now, although I'm still struggling in decent wide grip pull ups. My push ups capacity has also increased from 10 to 23. Lots of love and support
I have started to do handstand and learnt with the help of your videos. I have achieved it in 4 months. But still I don't have the strength to do 10 pull ups. I am working on that. I don't have enough equipments to do all. Anyways no complaints. I do what I can.
