This video raised the hope in me. Not an inspiring video like others what they do is starting from the middle . We have no idea what strength they've already achieved and why they're able to do some workouts in a fews days. But this one is helpful for everyone . I'm not a beginner but I'd been doing things in wrong way and it always disappointed me. Now I'm doing a start-up. Thanks. And your Pro-tips are really COOL.

As a skeleton
-I approve
1. grip strong...dead hang....3-5 set 20-30 sec hold
2. Active hang
3. Negative....come down as slow as u can...finish it with dead hang
4. Australian pull up(sleeping under bar pullup😂)
5... assistant pullups
Ive done as you said, practiced dead hang , active hang, I can do 5 pullups now continously, cant wait to do more :)
