@@Bobtheminion-m2o I said qualify, not win the race. Other divisions have some fast runners but the fact is this is the most competitive division as a whole. You have American Fork, Herriman, Riverton, Niwot, ect. MANY teams who placed under TOP 10 at NATIONALS. In most other divisions an 11th nationally ranked team would make it without a sweat, here YOU LITERALLY HAVE TO BE A TOP 5 NATIONAL TEAM TO QUALIFY HERE.

And by that logic look at freaking nxn last year. Who won? Oh Jo Jo Jordan (timp, Utah), then KADEN EVANS (Utah), then AUSTIN WESTFALL (Utah). And that’s not even talking about the teams which were even crazier in favor of this division
Top 15 teams is insane. DyeStat rankings exist for a reason. I understand that probably the top 3 teams from Southwest should go to NXN, but there are plenty of teams from other regions that would’ve been able to compete at the southwest regional.
The sand traps were identifiable and you could distinguish fairways. A definite water heard. It gives a feeling of a golf course. Maybe it used to be a golf course and has been preserved very well. At 9:35 you can make out a putting green..
