It's not a very good hack here either. Where I checked it's $54 for a wrap platter, around 2,600 calories in total. On a dollar per calorie basis it's pretty crappy.

Wait. No it doesn't .Midprice whey 25 euro per kg. 2.50 per 100g. 5 bucks for200. And you just hit 150 g pure protein. Sometimes you find cheaper powder. Vegan powders suck taste wise but can be much cheaper. 200g cheap ham from aldi is...1.60 euro? That's 40 g protein. 500 g quark 1.40 euro. Gotten more expensive sadly. Still. That's 60 g of protein too.
My lazy method…protein powder concoctions (shakes, pancakes, oats, etc)…2-3 full eggs with a shit ton of liquid egg whites added over bread or rice (I’ll get fancy and make a viral tiktok omelette version now and then). I use these as a foundation to get within ball park range of target protein numbers. Then to fill the void of the leftover calories a bunch of lean cuisines, random frozen aisle stuff, cheap street tacos, chicken tacos from Taco Bell/del taco, value menu burgers, nothing that’ll break the wallet and is macro friendly (mind the sodium intake with the frozen meals if u have health issues) Also That subway hack is a great idea.
One great tip that helped me was buying a whole chicken,it can be a pre made rotisserie chicken or you could bake it,one chicken can last you 1-2 days and it has a ton of protein, and it's relatively cheap.Add some sides to it and you've got balanced meals stacked with protein, get some baked potatoes, rice, veggies and make sure to season the chicken,no one likes it dry
If you like them, canned sardines are cheaper than tuna (at least where i live) and probably healthier. Adding legumes to grains compensates their amino acidic profile meaning you get more protein out of them, and they are also usually cheap. I would also add greek yoghurt and cottage cheese.
Make that tuna salad wrap and that Mom’s chicken soup from Whole Foods. Snacks protein shakes and then dinner veggies with grilled chicken and cauliflower rice with seltzer water. Subway platter is $60 (after tax) in Canada. There are so many international food recipes I wanna try but I do not know how to make them. Eating somewhat healthy in Canada, isn’t exactly cheap, especially because of inflation and when minimum wage increases, food becomes more expensive. When vegetables are on sale, I make a salad that lasts a few days, it usually contains: lettuce, kale, spring mix, cucumbers, carrots, radish, radicchio and red cabbage. Once in a while I make wraps with lettuce, chicken, cheese and some mayo.
What I sometimes eat for breakfast or dinner: 2 slices of protein bread with "Harzer Käse" or "Handkäse" (literally translated as "Harzer Cheese" and "Hand cheese"). They're low fat/high protein cheeses and pretty commonly available here in Germany. Basically every supermarket has them. The bread has 21.5g of protein per 100g. 2 slices are ~110g so the bread has ~23g of protein. I put 100g of the cheese on EACH slice. 100g of that cheese have ~120Kcal and 30g of protein. So these 2 slices of protein bread with this cheese amount to 83g of protein. Price? A 200g pack of the cheese costs 1.79€ to 1.99€ (incl. 19% VAT) and the bread is 1.99€ for 500g (9 slices). So the bread cost like 0.50€. So total price: 2.30€ to 2.50€ for 83g of protein.
Good quality pasta has around 15 grams of protein per 100 grams, for if you can't find the protein pasta. Cheap pasta has around 11 to 13 grams per a 100. Low fat quark or cottage cheese are also high protein and often cheap (atleast where i live they are).
Seitan is 75% protein, can be stored in the fridge for 10 days and in the freezer for 6 months, and all you need to make it is flour, it's clearly the best option
I mean if y'all don't mind chicken breast. I slam a pound a day which comes out to 124-135 give or take. It's not as much as you might think, that amount easily fits into a bowl. I also have okikos Greek yogurt along with canned tuna and a protein shake for good measure. At the end of the day I eat 180-200g of protein per day. I spend 40 dollars on groceries a week. Not including the protein powder. This is what works for me. I'll usually throw in some ground elk and rice in the mix from time to time as well. You can mix and match this however you want it's straight no fluff meal prep, hope this helps someone.
For me, I got the Chicken breast packs and Whey Protein. 2 scoops of whey got me to 46g protein, 400g Chicken Breast got me to around 100g protein. Asda does these pre-coated Chicken Breast for those who don't want to marinate it etc. For carbs, get a few packs of micro-pasta or mix boil pasta with Dolmio Bolognese sauce.
Another thing I'd like to mention for the vegans/people who don't eat much meat or dairy or just anyone who wants cheap af protein- Seitan is your best friend. You can get around 800-900g of Seitan from 2kg of flour, which costs me around 4 eur max. 71g of protein per 100g of Seitan. Super versatile, a little bit of effort to make it or you could just buy it at an Asian supermarket.😊
Right now I'm just eating ground beef, seasoned like a taco with sour cream and cheese. I'm looking to get Vital Wheat Gluten to have bread in my diet while remaining low carb. 2 lbs of ground beef is $10 a day. Not the worst amount, it's still cheaper than say take out everyday, but I need additional sources of protein and VWG is pretty close to protein powder in macros. Which means I can once again eat bread, pasta, pizza, perogies.
Lean mince is way more expensive where I live (Northern Ireland), 5% fat is the leanest and is up to twice as expensive as 20% fat. You can get 18%, 12% as well, so I usually get the 12%

I mean even just chicken has 120 grams per pound, and a pound of chicken breast or thigh is usually less than five bucks. Still expensive tho
@@BackstageChief yes chicken and eggs is the cheapest option here also, but also i need to pay premium to get chickens that weren't hard drugged their entire lives.. starting to think fitness and health is just hard money gated
@@mythologiasend3264 to an extent yeah, but I'd definitely start with good diet before putting money into training your physique. Ofc a good diet is beneficial to way more of your body than gains, so I can kinda justify the price
you intrigued me, so i decided to approximate what i usually eat:
3 organic eggs - 18g protein - $2
200g organic cooked chicken - 70g protein- $3
170g organic plain greek yogurt - 18g protein -
I love your approach! Great videos
I would eat tuna all the time if I could. But mercury poisoning is a thing
sardine is your friend bro, although it tastes like shit
@@blught4787 bro it tastes so bad I can't lol
@@XLEZZY_REUPLOADS try buy one which is flavoured like in some sauce, trust me it’s bearable then
sardines canned in tomato sauce + rice is literal HEAVEN i could eat it everyday,
It is still too expensive for me all I can afford is chicken and eggs
pure fucking chicken is the way to go
it never fails
The last one I need a full video covering it it looks fucking great
13 egs bam 160 grams of protein
Appreciate the tips!
Bro didn't mention the cheapest protein food which is egg
No its not
@@Rie007-2 You can buy 10 eggs for only 1 dollar. Name 1 source of protein that is cheaper than egg.
@@zacmadik9632That is highly dependent on what part of the world you happen to find yourself in.
@@zacmadik9632not everyone lives in the same place as you
the cheapest protein is cum
I fucking love this guy, he's funny and helpful

Can u plz continue to make these broke edition vidz
This was extremely helpful, ty man
For tuna, don’t go overboard since you don’t need all the mercury that comes with it
Bro look good 💪🏽
That's cool bro I gotta find that protein pasta
It’s so good 👌🏼👌🏼
I need that tuna recipe😭🙏

My lazy method…protein powder concoctions (shakes, pancakes, oats, etc)…2-3 full eggs with a shit ton of liquid egg whites added over bread or rice (I’ll get fancy and make a viral tiktok omelette version now and then). I use these as a foundation to get within ball park range of target protein numbers.
Then to fill the void of the leftover calories a bunch of lean cuisines, random frozen aisle stuff, cheap street tacos, chicken tacos from Taco Bell/del taco, value menu burgers, nothing that’ll break the wallet and is macro friendly (mind the sodium intake with the frozen meals if u have health issues)
Also That subway hack is a great idea.
I could eat watch you eat all day bro, where’s my lubriderm
🤣
“I can’t hit my protein… 100 KING PRAWNS, 100 GRAMS OF PROTEIN”
" a rich social media influencer like me"
One great tip that helped me was buying a whole chicken,it can be a pre made rotisserie chicken or you could bake it,one chicken can last you 1-2 days and it has a ton of protein, and it's relatively cheap.Add some sides to it and you've got balanced meals stacked with protein, get some baked potatoes, rice, veggies and make sure to season the chicken,no one likes it dry
One 3 pound chicken is about 260g of protein, you can buy smaller and larger ones
Looks good bro, cheers
Bro shows his snek too much ☠️😭
A subway platter for meal prep is absolutely genius
If you like them, canned sardines are cheaper than tuna (at least where i live) and probably healthier. Adding legumes to grains compensates their amino acidic profile meaning you get more protein out of them, and they are also usually cheap. I would also add greek yoghurt and cottage cheese.
Make that tuna salad wrap and that Mom’s chicken soup from Whole Foods. Snacks protein shakes and then dinner veggies with grilled chicken and cauliflower rice with seltzer water. I actually think you give great recommendations though. Of course everyone’s macros are a bit different and staying the course is the main battle. Your discipline is definitely admirable. I’m getting back on the diet and working out again. After gaining 15lbs. I feel like living on the east coast was east to maintain my diet and exercise but living in Hawaii where I work odd hours (east coast time) and sleep, shower in the afternoon and do housework throws me off my game. Over here there is just rice everywhere you turn and manapua lol. Uggh and Hawaiian Sun which is basically coolaid. Can make any guy into a big boi lol.
Bro starts the vid with “ if u are not rich like me”
big protein, 150 grams of protein, yall gotta stop playing bro i swear
BRO PACKING LMAO
Love the glow in your skin
For years, I battled with unwanted weight gain. I just couldn't seem to lose those extra
calories no matter how much I exercised.
But I finally realized that it was my diet which is the main culprit because I was not
consuming enough protein and fiber while constantly eating snacks that contained sugar and
lots of palm oil which left me craving that for more.
Then, I discovered a game-changer, Alpino Rolled Oats and it's peanut butter.
This combo is a dream, it's packed with high protein to keep me feeling full and help me
build muscle, plus tons of fiber to maintain my weight. But the best part is this is unbelievably
delicious! No boring protein shakes or bland oatmeal for me. Alpino Oats and peanut butter
satisfy my cravings without any added sugar. It's the perfect solution for anyone looking to
lose weight without sacrificing taste.
Workou
Subway platter is $60 (after tax) in Canada.
There are so many international food recipes I wanna try but I do not know how to make them. Eating somewhat healthy in Canada, isn’t exactly cheap, especially because of inflation and when minimum wage increases, food becomes more expensive.
When vegetables are on sale, I make a salad that lasts a few days, it usually contains: lettuce, kale, spring mix, cucumbers, carrots, radish, radicchio and red cabbage.
Once in a while I make wraps with lettuce, chicken, cheese and some mayo.
How can one person be so sweet 😭🖤
What I sometimes eat for breakfast or dinner:
2 slices of protein bread with "Harzer Käse" or "Handkäse" (literally translated as "Harzer Cheese" and "Hand cheese").
Thanks for sharing and making it budget friendly. My companion have lack of appetite but really needs a lot of protein.
In America the party platter is $53 coming to $6.63 per wrap in case anyone was curious 😂
That "like me" was the biggest ick
Just subbed, love ur content🤙
You are looking great. Shredded yo
This is so kind!
really high quality info
Canned tuna is the classic best friend of the budget bodybuilder.
Good quality pasta has around 15 grams of protein per 100 grams, for if you can't find the protein pasta. Cheap pasta has around 11 to 13 grams per a 100. Low fat quark or cottage cheese are also high protein and often cheap (atleast where i live they are).
cans of tuna with eggs mixed in is my staple protein snack. easy, cheap, effective
Bro looks like his eyes are going to melt off
Eating tuna on its own, especially straight from the can is the sign of an unhinged individual
He forgot to mention ⚙️
He's natural
You know you clicked on the worst meal advice video when the first thing is SUBWAY PARTY PLATTER 💀💀
Awesome video
You can get 18%, 12% as well, so I usually get the 12%
The platter idea works with Chipotle too. So much cheaper and it serves 25 people.
when i was heavily into strength training, going to the gym everyday, i’d by mixing 1-2 scoops of protein powder and milk. between the protein for muscles and calcium to make my bones feel tough as rocks, i felt great
Ayo poor man here subway out of my budget 😂
