The decrease in happiness is TOO REAL. physically I feel like death as expected but mentally I feel worse in every single aspect of my life. I thought I’d try all the foods I’ve been craving but after having so many of them after the other it doesn’t taste as great as when I’d have it in moderation with a healthier diet.

I just recently discovered your channel, and I have to say that I rarely laugh WITH ACTUAL NOISE while watching any sort of videos, but DAMN you make me laugh. You have amazing humor, your girlfriend is just as cool, and I am so glad I clicked one of your videos a few days ago so I came to enjoy your YT content.
It's not only the fun I have watching your videos, though. Especially in this one my eyes got watery, because I relate so much with how you felt during those days. Being 30 now - 31 by September 1st - all my hobbies were sitting at the desk (drawing, sewing, gaming, reading) and eating whatever I liked - completely blind for what I actually stuffed my body with, not to mention how much.
That drowsiness, laying in bed for way too long and not being motivated at all... memories just flashed up in front of me watching this video, and I am even happier to have decided to change my life style. I will no longer be my own obstacle, especially experiencing on MY OWN BODY that I do not have to feel as foggy as I did before.
It's not about avoiding every little unhealthy thing, but about learning to enjoy them as a treat again.
Thank you for being so honest, real and informative on top.

Happy Birthday!!!! I dig Happy Viking for protein. It's got good protein per serving at 20 and then adds all sorts of veggies and nutrients to the powder. When I feel insatiable, it is often because I am dehydrated or haven't got the right nutrients to satisfy me, so the Happy Viking meal replacement shakes (mixed typically with frozen bananas, Greek yogurt, some Pyure, and then whatever else (PB powder or other fruit, for instance)) normally squash that feeling.

Been dieting for a while now. I feel like having a day every so often where you indulge your cravings for junk food and go a little too hard on fast food/snacks/deserts really helps remind you how bad they are for your health. For example, the last time I ordered pizza I felt terrible in contrast to the regular healthy diet days I'd gotten myself used to. The same goes for days where I don't get enough steps in or drink enough water. Can clearly feel the lack of focus and energy on those days.
I appreciate these videos since I can live vicariously through you and get that dopamine of looking at a lot of unhealthy food and then witness some of the negative consequences without actually having to enact it myself.
