"I've Asked You To Stop Recording...You Need To Stop"

- This video takes place outside this US Bank location along the public sidewalk about 2 hours before closing time. I was met by a couple separate customers complaining that I couldn't record & wanted me to stop. The 2nd customer quickly became the center of the video by giving a marathon cam back through the window with the sunlight glaring almost directly in her direction. She appeared to complain to bank staff about what I was doing outside & within 20-30 minutes law enforcement arrived on scene. The officer was friendly & did not violate my rights in anyway. As he returned outside after his discussion inside he had asked if I needed anything & I mentioned to him that his mustache & sunglasses reminded me of Jim Carrey's character from the film "Me Myself & Irene" . To my surprise, he took that as a compliment as he stated that's one of his favorite movies. A definite fail goes to the calling party & a pass goes to the officer who was dispatched to the bank.

Fair play to the cop, he seems like a good one with a decent sense of humour.
Watching a Cam Back telling you that you can't record, never gets old.
Oddly enough, they are the ones potentially breaking the law or violating policy.
Sure it does. This entire genre is getting old.
Why do people believe they can tell you not to do something, then turn around and do the same thing!
"Good for me but not for thee".
The same people that scream at victims of bullies when they defend themselves but stay quiet and turn a blind eye when a bully beats that same victim.
I love that she says you have to stop recording, inferring that you are breaking the law when in fact she is the one filming on private bank property!
Finally a law enforcement officer with a brain! Thank God…
Must be a fluke ?
@@jamesborton9237must be an informed officer
Watching a police officer explain to a Karen that nothing illegal is going on is so satisfying.
The more I watch these type videos, the more I'm convinced that people would do away with the 1st amendment if they could. SAD!
Isn't that the saddest thing. That's why they took Civics out of high schools.
AGREE!!! The public is just begging for rights to be removed and it's crazy and amazing! :o :o
My town wanted to pass a law outlawing the word "retard". On the FB group, I told them they were all retards. I didn't get to be part of the group anymore. 🤣
They are trying now with terms like "hate speech"
They've been electing people that have shredded the constitution for decades
Thumbs up to the officer for educating the folks in the bank and not giving you any directives👍
lady who called the cops, not just walk of shame, but walk of crying shame, the cop, walk of honor, nice job my sister
If I was one of those in the bank listening to the cop, I would be so embarrassed. Imagine getting to the point in life that you are gainfully employed and achieving some level of success yet you had never realized that there is a difference between being in private and in public. How embarrassing.
Bank employee= success 😂😂😂
Cannot get any dumber than asking(Demanding) that somebody not record you while you are recording them.
🤔🤔🤔🤔
😅😅😅😅 yea I know
They dont have the highest IQs😊
I just don't understand why people cam back after asking not to be filmed lol. You know that could be a red flag of how people act in there everyday life's. Interesting.
@@joeguy3558 Yep.
The power that people think they have over others is amazing.... Keep it up mate...
Bahahahahaha Officer Pornstash😂😂😂
I literally spat my drink across the lounge room laughing 😂😂
Me too.
I'm going to remember that one forever😅
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Never spit, always swallow... that's the first thing they teach you on a Porn shoot...er....so I've heard from a friend...😉
That lady got educated which was good great video as usual looking forward to seeing you're audit partner with you soon I hope. Thanks for sharing
Not just her, but every person in the bank.
Yeah, if/when they say _"unfortunately_ they have the right to do this," etc., that's irksome!
They don't have to agree with it, as long as they abide by it. The cop hopefully means unfortunately for the one who called which is accurate as they would like it to be illegal.
I never said they had to agree with it, @@jamesfrench7299. But it's wrong of them to teach the principle incorrectly, especially when they should know better. And if the cops were to be trying to say that it might be unfortunate for the person calling, then all they have to add is a few words, and it would go like this: "Unfortunately for _you..."_ or "While it may be unfortunate for _you..."_
@@jamesfrench7299, I never said that they had to agree with it, did I? But it's wrong for them to teach the principle incorrectly, especially when they should know better. It true is sad about the stupidity of people when it comes to the Constitution of the United States, Amendments and the Rights of people. Good job as always.
A cop that knows and respects rights? A rarity.
You edit masterfully! Always enjoy your great work!
IKR.
Of course I will stop; but only when I feel like stopping. Are your feelings more important than our constitutional rights and freedoms? Bless you, foolish one.
What gets me is that they are so proud that they even after they are told that they are wrong, not one comes to apologise to you. Just go away sulking like a child as they didn't get their way.
Watching from Melbourne, Australia
Wow, she records while saying do not record😂
Haha, a "cam-back marathon"! Yeah, or "cam-back stand-off," heh.
@naturalcreature6317: What do you mean by "21s"?
Karen needs to worry about weight loss and NOT public photography. 🇺🇸
Phuck yea
Big pass for the officer. He didn't give any directives, and just went on his with his day.
Dude said unfortunately. He wishes he could arrest people for exercising their rights. You give that a pass?
@@temporaryscars How do you know that the officer said unfortunately?
No pass when directives given! Unfortunatly??????
@@danlmarlow5446 yeah I guess I don't. I was halfway through the video and reading comments and people were making it out like he said that. My bad.
@@temporaryscars No worries. I was just thinking maybe you were in the bank and heard him. 😀
People need to mind their own business 🙄
To much for inbred losers to mind their own business
Very true 👍
Facts 💯
they have mostly lost their minds...
They can't. When there's an accident on opposite lanes why is there traffic on the lanes where there is 0 accident. Because people can't mind their business. Americans put their noses into everything. Wars where has nothing to do with us. Why are we even there instead mind our own business. Just how America is nosey af
Next time you go near a bank, or the post office, call the police and say they are recording you without your permission.🤣🤣
Karen must believe in the "because I said so" law!!
Lots do.
The second lady highlight of her day was a cam back.
It’s amazing that the lady was able to record you from inside the bank!
Professional law enforcement.. well done.
awesome officer, see I love when people say your just baiting and hoping for a lawsuit, other officers need to learn from this officer, no egos or roids
Good one. The ignorance of the public continues to amaze
❤ it should be "unfortunately the law isn't concerned with your comfort" ❤
It is remarkably unbelievable yall
I love how they tell you to stop filming while they film you.
If the auditor"Chris"is breaking the law videoing aren't you also "Miss stop filming".
If I remember correctly from what I learned in law school: the bigger your front-butt, the more authority you have over strangers in public.
😂😂😂
In Canada we call these women gunts
Do police departments even have physical standard? And what are they. I've seen some pretty obese officers.
LOL
The lack of crackage (as shown in the last moments) during her waddle of shame overrides any claim to front buttery.
Good job, he explained to the callers and had minimal contact with you, maybe 10 minutes at the most.
Proclamation for Liberty and Justice the 70s style. 👌 groovy 👌
Excellent choice of music
I can't say with certainty, but one would think filming *inside* the bank would be closer to illegal than filming *outside* the bank 😎
"Don't film me...I don't want people knowing I can't control my eating habits."
5:02
Kirk: Scotty, my phaser isn't working.
Scotty: Rotate it to landscape for a better shot, captain.
Loitering in the bank just to do a "cam-back".🤔
"I've asked you to stop."
* "OK, thanks, _hypocrite!"_
Big time.
I agree
Yep, @@joeblow2069.
Thanks, @@jenniferirvine7827.
* Why are you recording
* I'm doing a survey on Ignorance and Audacity. Ignorance of the Law and the Audacity to Walk Up to a Stranger and Demand Answers and Actions.
Why are you recording ? I am having a contest on the most ignorant people I've met today.
So far, you're in 1st Place !
So you can record in a bank but not from a sidewalk outside of a bank ?
That walk of shame looked more like "that wasn't a fart"
The porn-stache music was a great touch.
When a cop says "unfortunately" it means, that he really wishes he could arrest you for exercising your ist amendment.
"Unfortunately I wish I could turn in any Law enforcement that are pedophiles, but I need the money, and not Old 1940, 50, 60 70 NYPD shot in back by other cops." ??? what is nypd shot in back?????? Nothing on google.
That's quite an unnuanced approach; One could explain the use of the word 'unfortunately' as in 'it's unfortunate for YOU the law doesn't work that way'..... which when you come to think of it , also means nothing more than: I'm neutral, just following the law....
Now I know that many in here want to believe something else considering the presented narrative in these clips but hey, maybe the world isn't all about bad cops, neither is it about all 1am auditors....
Peace out!
And your point is???????
It seems they're trained to make that statement...
@Basil-Fawlty No one has said all cops are bad, however, a large percentage are ignorant, ego driven idiots. They would arrest anyone they disagree with if it was possible.
Guarantee that woman's "Husband" in her marriage 🤪🌈
Great job by the officer. No directives.
(Using my best cop voice) Unfortunately ladies, you, like far to many other women, are what people call a Karen. What you need to do is, educate yourselves, mind your own business, and as long as someone isn’t committing an actual crime, even if you don’t agree with what they’re doing, simply ignore them like you do all the other people you see in a day not committing a crime, and stop needlessly calling the police. Have a nice day.
Love your work my man! Love your attitude and calm demeanor, gotta say we have a similar style in many ways and I’d love to collab with you sometime brotha!!💪💪💯💯
Heads up she prefers the female pronouns
Man if I called the cops on someone for no legal reason I would apologize. Funny how these people never humble themselves.
Maybe officer pornstache was the former member of the village people and has a habit of singing YMCA in his car lol 😂😂 good job Chris ❤❤can’t wait to see the next video
Love it. Love it. Love it. Just the way it should be. Education underway. ❤
Whenever they say unfortunately, I always take it as "unfortunately for you and your feelings, your feelings don't trump the constitution. "
Keep it up FAR!!!! Love your channel!!!!
“Hey why are you filming me”!!!!they’re standing underneath two bank cameras , that never gets old.🙂
Nice to see the cop approach the situation the correct way, talk to the complainant and educate them, instead of bothering the auditor first.
Him asking you if you had any questions was a decent courtesy, not needing to really even bother you at all.
No I am not filming... there is no film in my phone...😂😂😂
Yeah, but another kind of camera than a phone, in this case.
Hahaha, I actually thought "Officer Pornstache" just before you said it.
"Filming people in public is illegal!!!! Only I am above the law!" LMFAO
I just love the ones that demand you quit recording as they’re recording. Lol
The woman thought she was auditioning for a role in a movie.🤣😂😅😁
And maybe a pass for the bank too, since none of them came out to bother you about this, and they probably didn't also call the police after that first lady called.
@ 5:29 when that Coke truck went by, the words of Eddie Murphy popped in to my head, "Tell her to have a Coke, a smile & STFU!".
Good cop👍
Yes indeed!
No directives given.
Have a blessed day everyone.✌️❤️🌍
You too. ✌
Officer was very professional and calm.....gold star ⭐
The officer was cool. F.A.R. SUPPORTED
Awesome every time. All the very best from maine 👍 🇺🇸
I thought everyone wanted to be famous and recognized in America it's a beautiful thing keep up the good work
When they cam-back they think they're so clever...bahahahaha
A+++ for the officer!!!
Thanks to Auditors, the police are finally learning that we have rights.
Tell the camback people, "Hold it horizontal". 🤣
Oh shoot, I guess "Ms. Cam-back" didn't get what she wanted. Huh?
@6:52 Officer Rod Farva 😂 He's probably going 😊to get a liter of Cola afterward.
8:27 omg. The Jim Carrey reference was hillarious!
I think he looks more like that guy Officer Farva from Super troopers😂😂
😆🤣😂 isn't he from that show Reno 911 lol😅
She came put with her 50 key attachments l guess she thought they would be intimidating 😂😂
Hope she does put you on FB! Great advertisement for the work you do! Are you sure that’s a woman? Tough to tell. Now her family can be ashamed of her for eternity.
That officer is part of the endangered species, LOL
Honestly what earthly good does a cam back serve they think that it is supposed to make me run in fear all it serves is a waste of time because they will just delete it when they find out it was worthless to do it in the first place ha ha😅
excellent work.
You might ask the people who insist on knowing what you're doing, the following: are you aware of how many cameras are in that bank and outside of the bank videoing you and me as we speak? Apparently, those cameras don't bother you, but this one because I'm holding it does bother you. The same right that the bank has to video anything outside that they can see or inside that they can see, I have as well. I'll make you a deal, you shut off your cameras, and I'll shut off mine.
That’s too much info for those morons to process. They’d have a brain cramp trying to think what that means.
Always love your Audits, looking forward to your next video with Nasty Nathanial
That cop is great.
You would think that of the people inside the bank could see the dirty windows they have. If I were an employee there, I would have to clean them!
6:46 bow chicka bow wow 📽💃🕺🏻
I think people like to show off their new phones when they say don't record me but endup doing the same.
Carin the camback is a superstar
The cam back always baffles me so much. Like what are they thinking that will do? Do they feel like an idiot when they go back later and are deleting the pic/vids they took?
You don’t know!? THATS KAREN! respect her authority
Proof you don't need a education to work at a bank
Credit to the officer who performed his duties professionally, efficiently and with the proper demeanor. Juxtapose this interaction with another video forwarded by Honor Your Oath (Jeff Grey),shot in Florida, of a man being pulled over while riding his bicycle on a sidewalk. However, in that interaction it took four police cruisers to handle it.
One person's fortune is another's misfortune. It's unfortunate for them that they don't like it.
No blinker for the officer?
Just sit and watch them sometimes. They break so many traffic laws they are a danger to the public. Fact !!
"Probably perfectly legal"?
