My name is Lance Parker I'm a professional saxophone player from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania I held my breath for a little past 10:00 so I went all the way to the super strong lungs and a little bit more that's not too bad I'm 65 and a half years old LOL LOL and I'm 378 lb I've got a pituitary tumor in my head I've had for 12 years I was at one time 600 duponts so they put me on medicine and injections which I do every week and every two weeks I'm sorry and I went from 602 to 3:40 I'm about 378 now cuz they have me on water pills to try to get the weight off but I was on Prednisone for my arthritis but playing the saxophone really made my lungs strong
