- These gentle exercises will help to mobilise your stiff and painful hands and ease pain in your wrists and fingers. Practice these hand stretch and mobility exercises daily to manage osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis pain. They are gentle movements that can be done anytime and as often as you can manage it. It would be helpful to zoom in on just your face and upper body for hand/wrist videos. It's hard to see what you're doing with your hands when shot with such a wide angle. ❤

i had trigger finger surgery a few months ago that didn't go well PT made it so much worse. This was good; albeit really painful but I need to keep my range of motion! Thanks for this!
My 70 year old mom loved the exercise but she said she wishes you were closer to the camera.
I'm at the point where i can't close my fingers anymore those exercises are too hard for me
Wow that was such a good exercise, thank you I really needed the stretching,as my hands&fingers are stiff a lot. I finished off after with finger massage.😀💐

Have stiff fingrs in left hand so will be doing this video regularly. Only negative comment, close ups of your hands would have made the excersises easier to see.

Ready to cut my finger off with pain. Just done your exercise for fingers before getting out of bed and spending time gardening. They feel so much better and less swollen. I'll definitely do them again after too

I have no arthritis but I hit once the nerf under my right thumb. I felt good the tendons in my hand.
