Hello everyone, I wanted to give you something different today to show that exercise needs to be accompanied by other methods of self-care. Self-massage is a great way to treat and relieve tight muscles so I hope you will try this trigger point massage . Sending love to all, Rachel ❤

Hi, I'm a MoCap performer and I gotta say you have some really useful and well rounded exercises on your channel. They are straightforward, not too complex and doable. Being in shape for an audition is a chore for me - I hate it - but those quick workouts at home are pretty cool. Especially since motion capture sessions are getting more and more demanding. PS. You almost saw me in the new Resident Evil 4 game as Leon :)

Thanks so much for your message. How very cool to be a MoCap performer ⭐️ Being an ex-dancer I can imagine how hard you must have to work to be ready for each audition and how it does become a task to always be ready at a moments notice so I am delighted to read how my workouts help you prepare and stay ready for your work. Thanks so much for the feedback, much appreciated. I'll keep an eye out for you in the next RE game! Take care Leon, and keep up the great work ⭐️👏👏👏

Great way to release the back after a long work week. My most painful problem, though, are my traps and lats so I would love to see a short video showing how to effectively use the ball against the wall to relieve those trigger points. Plus (and I know I'm asking for a lot!) examples on how to use the ball for the feet. Mine are aching so much lately! Thanks Rachel!

Great suggestion! Here is a link to my foot video which has some techniques with the ball to help the feet:ruclips.net/video/pBwFI23cAo8/видео.html And good suggestion on a video using the ball for traps and lats- I have added that to my filming request list for next time. Take care, Rachel 🤗

Woke up this morning struggling with my back. I did a 10 minute standing stretch class then this one. OMG it was painful….but now my back feels wonderful. Thank you Rachel. You’re a star❤

Ah yes Caz, sounds like your body needed that extra tension release. The trigger point massage and stretch videos ate absolutely the way to go when you’ve got that tension build up- so glad they helped you and you feel better now ❤️ Well done 👏🤗

Rachel, that massage with the trigger point ball was painful but a wonderful relief afterward. Please do more of these massage classes for other parts of the body.

Thanks! This was certainly interesting. I didn’t have a tension ball, so used a tennis ball. Some areas were uncomfortable to painful. Some downright excruciating 😩 But that just shows how tight some muscles are. I actually started feeling relief, even after only 5 minutes. Great video Rachel. Definitely going to be doing once a week.

Wonderful! Really glad you gave it a go and found it helpful June. A good one to do whenever you feel tension in the muscles, once a week is perfect 👍
