    Thank you for that exercise. I always have tight shoulders and upper back.
    You mentioned requests; I would love another standing, full body, resistance band workout, similar but different to the one you did March 8. It was about 22 minutes. My body feels really good after I do that workout and my upper back especially feels all worked out. Oh and my legs too. It's just overall fantastic for a senior lady like myself. Thank you, Rachel!

    This is a perfect segment to help loosen my muscles along the scoliosis between my shoulder blades--without needing weights. Perfect and I will add it to my routine now, thank you Rachel!

    Rachel I loved the routine I woke up with Horrible Right side pain by my Blade definitely helped me relieve the pain.

    Very good
    Low impact just suit me as I'm over 50
    I suffer with severe arthritis all over my body this eases the pain

    I love working with you. Right now my left knee and inside knee is giving me some pain. Please do more exercise sitting in a chair. I am 71 years old and want to keep walking. THANK YOU . I want to keep walking and get rid of inflammation.

    Hi Rachel, do you have a chair Pilates that also uses our legs? I really enjoyed this one for my upper body. I have rods in my back from scoliosis and your videos have been a great help during this time.

      Hello Robyn, I have just made a chair pilates with leg exercises which I hope to get out this week. In the meantime have you tried my Pilates for Very Painful Knees?
