You mentioned requests; I would love another standing, full body, resistance band workout, similar but different to the one you did March 8. It was about 22 minutes. My body feels really good after I do that workout and my upper back especially feels all worked out. Oh and my legs too. It's just overall fantastic for a senior lady like myself. Thank you, Rachel!
This is a perfect segment to help loosen my muscles along the scoliosis between my shoulder blades--without needing weights. Perfect and I will add it to my routine now, thank you Rachel!
I love working with you. Right now my left knee and inside knee is giving me some pain. Please do more exercise sitting in a chair. I am 71 years old and want to keep walking. THANK YOU . I want to keep walking and get rid of inflammation. ,

I am just finding in new ways that my body is very tense.
Any tips on getting the breathing right. I naturally seem to want to inhail while making a movement and exhale on return
