Man could you imagine how much "more" popular these singers would have been together. You don't really hear anything of the original male singer these days....
Papa Roach's 2000s records are some of the worst I've ever heard but I gotta respect Jacoby for staying in shape and going as hard as ever. Looks like a fun live band.
Mainly because Amy has always had a love/hate relationship with this song. When they first made it she didn't want it to be a duet. And literally called Paul McCoy's lines as "rapping" That's Paul McCoy of 12 Stones. A bigger "Christian" band than Amy could ever hope to be at the time this song was made. The reveal is cool. But I'm pretty sure most of the time, when they play this song it goes very similar to what this video was before Jacoby came out. The one thing that we've always known about Amy Lee is that she doesn't share the stage. Must be nice to hire a bunch of musicians and call them your "band" For the real Evanescence fans...Watch the video for My Immortal and tell me I'm wrong. The band's just giving up on her. She's exactly like Gwen Stefani and No Doubt. Final thoughts? Don't ever let a chick front your band. Because they will replace you the moment you actually do something. And hire dudes to play the songs that you took the time to write.
This is amazing. Jacoby is such an awesome addition to any song he's brought into and amazing frontman! Amy, what an incredible voice and near spot on to the recording
Now THIS is music!! Early 2000s rock, emo, punk, and metal hit me harder today than they did back in the day. These guys aren't just playing great music, they're doing a service to humanity. They sing about their struggles so we can grow stronger.
God I love this music, Amy's voice is amazing as ever all these years, holding those looooooooooong notes like a professional wishes they could. Jacoby dropped in with those lyrics like he owned them, Paul McCoy might have been the original to spit them, but Jacoby Shaddix spits fire like no other. Good show, amazing performances, mic drop.
I swear that the live version with Jacoby Shaddix is better than the original release back in 2003, and I still think how would it be with Chester Bennington, but he's dead, R.I.P. 😢 Update: I saw a live version with Chester Bennington. That happened in 2007.
While it's nice to see Amy and Jacoby can still go, I gotta give a shout out to Emma Anzai for her fantastic Bass work. It's nice to see she didn't throw her Bass in the trash after Sick Puppies folded. Credit to Will Hunt as well for hitting those drums with gusto since '07.
I neverheard of him or his band until Carrie Underwood did a duet with him of this dong. He has an amazing voice, and so does she, and Their duet was so beautiful and made me cry. I am a huge Carrie's fan, and now his
Could you just imagine how popular this song would have been if Jacoby was the orignal singer duo..... Papa was my favorite band to listen to growing up
Growing up people always thought Linkin park was the feature but just imagine if we got to see Chester come out and sing those vocals as a guest appearance 😮💨🔥
wooooooooooooooooooowwww... that was powerfull!! back to the 2000's!!!... Those people are awesome, that voices are unique... Pure Metal!!!! This is my new favourite video
Look, we all love Amy, that goes without saying, it's probably the main reason we're Evanescence fans. But can we just appreciate what amazing additions Will and Emma have been. Both absolutely killing it, the band sounds better than ever before! And of course Jacoby nailed his part too, it really sounds like it has been waiting for him all these years.
That was fucking epic for a person my age. I was 17 when Evanescence dropped "Fallen", and was already into Papa Roach at the time. Jacoby's vocals are easily the best male vocals I've ever heard on this song. That was incredible.
I'm not crying, just got 2000s in my eyes
Fr 2000s best music
Damn 2000s come in to my eyes too
late 90s and early 2000s is the feelings that i want
You should have experienced the the late 70s to the mid 80s. I feel bad for you.
those lines were waiting all this years for Jacoby to fill them
perfection
Well said.❤ I didn't know the man had the forbidden hiss as he showed here. This was simply a gorgeous duo
Epic
f**k yeah it made the track conplete with Jacoby baby 😎🤘🏻🔥
Man could you imagine how much "more" popular these singers would have been together. You don't really hear anything of the original male singer these days....
That drummer is insane
completely agree.
Exeptionnel
fuck yeah
will hunt!
Will Hunt rocks🎉
Jacoby fits well in this song🔥🔥🔥
Like the good old days 🔥🔥🔥
Yeah, they both should do more of this.
Almost as was HE from the original...no one remembers the other guy
Yes he does!
This is HIGH on epicness!!! I think he needs to make himself available whenever they are playing hahaha
waited over 20 years for this combo
Same!
@@MarborinhoNope, exactly 20 years
Jacoby such a good voice that hasn’t changed. That scream was on point.
His entrance was EPIC to say the least. Never been the biggest PR fan, but Jacoby is one hell of a frontman.
My favorite band but I respect that you can see he’s still a bad ass lol
@@johncameron8246Man, this was insane! Jacoby hit it hard! But I still imagine if with Amy Lee was Chester Bennington on the stage 😢

Yes you are not dreaming. after 2 decades, This is best live version of this song.
Indeed.
This is up there, but live in Las Vegas(2003 I believe) is the closest sounding to the actual song. They nailed that performance.
Mainly because Amy has always had a love/hate relationship with this song.

Jesus this sounds so good. Band is on point. No auto tune and bringing back some of the make vocals makes this epic
I love the sound of the drums... so loud and energetic
They should've used autotune cause her voice sounds awful now
@@Simply-supremeHer voice is still great
He literally fits perfectly in this

this song never old ,

Jacoby never disapointing me. Now we need a studio version of this. Please !
YESSSSSSS, PLEASE!!!! ❤
I concur 😂

This is nü-metal. Best music for my ears.
Can I kindly point out that drummer is doing some impressive and sick stuff behind the kit ? What a addition to the song! Beast mode;)
The drummer is insane 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Lmaoo was thinking the same, holy sht that gill towards the end
Jacoby fits in so perfectly. Such an amazing performance
Goosebumps with Jacoby, every single time!

Such a fucking hard song to nail, but all this time she still brings it the best she can! Jacoby did amazing too, love his voice!
After all these years she continues to be thise great singer
Her voice is amazing, absolutely killed this!
the best era in my life...that time i was 19
I wasn't even born 😂
But I discovered them since I was in 7th or 8th Grade
Extremely high level performance!!! Holly shit
Jacoby gave another level to the song ...Jesús didn't expect it but I'm so glad for it.
Jacoby Shaddix hit it so hard. His screaming fits so cool with Amy Lee's voice. That reminds me of the 2003 nü-metal. It's so cool and unbelievable. ❤
Open the door for Jacoby, this was magnific!
Damn right it was magnificent.
QUE PODER DECIR DE ESTOS MUSICOS YA BANDAS LEGENDARIAS ❤🤘🇦🇷
We the fans have waited a very long time for this.
I miss everything 90's 2000's love you all

and her superb backing vocals too!
Thats so sick. Nostalgic goosebumps. Killed it
Still my favorite song of theirs, Jacoby brought a great balance to Amy's beautiful singing and I thought they would have made Evanescence perfect.
My favourite one is Going Under.
But this live version is insane
My God…still so good after over 20 years in the business!!
Caraaaaaaaaaalh0, quê isso meu Deus. ❤️😍
Ficou incrível!!!
Me alegra haber crecido escuchando buena música los 2000 presente 🤘🏼🔥
All those year, I still love it❤
I just dig the fact jacoby has fun working with other bands.
I’m not what you’d call a fan, but this was a goddamn awesome live performance nonetheless.
Sounds perfect she still absolutely has that voice
Evanescence y Papa Roach ❤
The best live version

I wish EV brings him into a new song for their new record. Or viceversa, Jacoby asks Amy to be featured on a Papa Roach s song ❤️
Two of my favourite bands from the 2000. We need this back.
