(How to Fix Broken Lock) Husky 46 in 9 drawer Work bench - Toolbox !!! Locked keys in Tool box !!!

I pulled some tools out of my tool box to do some repairs in our master bathroom. When I returned to the box....The box was locked. I did nothing with the lock but the drawers where stuck. And guess what......My keys are locked in the box!! OH No....

this video helped my just buy seeing how the internals worked. was able to drill out the lock and pull out the coonecting rod that was left behind and taped a screw driver to it . basically made a 24 in "key". then i stuffed a little piece of scrap wood in the mech to make it stay unlocked. thanks!!!!!

I just bought one of these today. But when I got home the key was not in the toolbox anywhere. I contacted Home Depot see if they can find it or replace it. Super annoying, ha. A video idea, how do you remove and replace the toolbox lock?

Literally in the same boat. Was gifted a box at work and no key lol
