Some people pre fry chips in baskets before orders come in to speed up the servinvg time, Ie for HSP's. The colour throws people off in the second fry and they bring it out too early.

@rauri1077 100% hahah. There's been a fair few times he's reviewed an item, rated it fairly poorly. Then months later make a video featuring the same item and think it's absolutely delicious😂
