    Great vdo, Islamic rule says food eating should be done as 1/3 rule, where 1/3 is for food, 1/3 is for water and rest 1/3 must be kept empty.... and there is tradition which says food for one is enough for two...

    In Jain Dharma (which is one of the oldest religion) it is mandatory to have some calorie deficit in our daily eating. Else it is considered as a Sin.
    Ref: Shravak Atichaar, Gaatha Number 14 which has a line written in Gujarati. 'Unodari vrat te koliya 5-7 una rhya nahi'.
    This was written some lakhs of years ago. One of the reason why Jain monks have a higher life expectancy than others.

      U can do bulk while follow hara hachi bu .U have to increase ur meal like from 2-3 to 4-5 in a day but all meal should be stopped at 80 %

    Sir, should we eat pintola peanut butter for fat loss under calories deficit, it is difficult to add to my daily diet?

      You can eat it, but peanut butter is not typically a good choice for staying in calorie deficit. As peanut butter is very energy dense. Meaning small quantity of peanut butter is high in calories. Look at the nutrition facts label on your peanut butter and you will see how many calories it has in just a few tablespoons. Peanut butter is a good source of fat and therefore calories, and it comes with some protein in it as well. But in calorie deficit you want to avoid calorie-dense foods so that you can eat more food to fill your stomach and still remain in calorie deficit.
