I want to say thank you for taking the time to create great content. As someone in the marketing industry, I can appreciate all the effort and time you put into your videos. Keep up the excellent work!
Man you're a gem!! Your videos help me so much figuring out which glove I should buy, massive thanks for the work and efforts you're putting in these videos!!
I decided to buy a pair of these (in the same colour haha) because I've been trying to take my training more seriously but I was having a lot of issues with my hands and wrists hurting no matter what I tried with my Everlast Pro Training gloves. I've only gotten to try out the T3's for about half an hour so far, but the difference in comfort, protection, and support is legitimately staggering. I'll come back to this comment after I've had more time with these gloves to provide an update, but so far, I'm blown away by them. Black Friday deals came in clutch.
My older t3s lasted nearly 6 years with heavy bag training nearly on the daily! They take some time to break in hand space and flex but when they do they're great! They're basically a cheaper and cooler winning with better wrist support
During training I keep on struggling with that double wrist lock. Can’t get used to it, but once they’re locked, wrist support is better than in normal gloves.
After three months they are a huge disappointment. The elastic strap to lock in your wrists, was stretched out so much that I couldn’t close it anymore. The velcro’s didn’t touch each other well because of the stretching. And using the normal velcro strap wasn’t enough for decent wrist support. Beautiful gloves with good padding, but no more Hayabusa for me anymore.
@@burttheman3697 you shouldn't over tighten them. They actually restrict blood flow. While the lock is great, you should always give your arm breathing room. Mine went years before losing elasticity at the strap. Else make your forearms bigger to better fit the glove. No hate it's my personal experience! Can easily undo the strap with your mouth once you get used to it!
As always, I enjoyed viewing another thorough and detailed informative review. Btw also just watched you on Precision Striking’s video, of which I also have been a long time subscriber to.
I bought the 16oz in crimson and love them. Replaced my Everlast gloves which gave me no wrist support. Well worth the money; you get what you pay for.
Hey Carlo, you've said previously that you preferred the cheaper H5s over the T3s because the latter was too bouncy in the padding. Has anything changed with the padding or is it just the 'premium' leather shell? Also surprised that these top of the range T3s are made in China while the H5s are made in Pakistan.
purchased the 16 oz synthetic T3 and giving them to my cousin, to light and stiff.. not on the level of a Title Gel.. Have a extra padding Cleto Reyes on the way, I should not be disappointed.. So far Title Gel world bag gloves are the best and durable
I have both the italian leather and reg. Reg has a better pop on the bag but starts making a strange squeaky sound after 6 months. I'd still buy the reg. Italian leather just doesn't provide good feedback on the bag.
@csquaredboxing, these or Hayabusa Phenom SG-210 or Hit N Move all day pro? I want some wrist support and do mostly bag/mitt work with occasional sparring. Great work love your channel!
Great gloves! Will last you for years. They're very durable! T3's are 1 of my favorites to use for those days you wanna go really hard . It's wrist support is incredible.
if you're a beginner like me who is not perfect at aiming during sparring, you're going to hurt your hands using these. That's why most beginner gloves are IMF, way safer; you wont land on the lower knuckles often like with these gloves.
One more great review!! thanks ,I see your other answers of question, I want to buy 2 real leather gloves only for punching bag, the sizes you recomend are 12 and 14 oz or 10 and 12oz? As I uderstand you like also the X-FACTOR onx, which ones you suggest me to buy? if there is another brand I will be glad of your advice!! thanks!!!
Carlo, I have a pair of these that I use for bag work and I love them. it's almost time to get a new set of gloves for bag work. I'm a pretty heavy hitter and use the 16oz. Is there a glove that might have a bit more padding and wrist support or should I stay with these when I get a new set? How are they compared to a the Pro Mex or something like that?
Fairtex vs t3 vs h5 vs venum impact? Ive been searching through your comment section and sometimes the answers seem to be all ova the place. To some youve said h5 and to others ive seen u say t3 or impact, but out of these 4 gloves, which one is the best? No price point consideration as well, just consider which one is the best quality and overall glove, mind u theyll be used for mma/thai/sparring
Hi Carlo! Quick Q: I have T3 non-leather, but the Vylar foam on synthetic T3 is a bit stiff and if you don't land the punch perfectly, that Vylar doesn't compress at all (& you can hear it in the feedback the glove gives), and the punch feels off (IMO). I love the Hyabusa T3 synthetic gloves except for that 1 thing; (new Hyabusa puncher's glove too exp). Wondering if the leather version would feel like a puncher's glove & compress at the top. I've never owned a puncher's glove, so I'm guessing a little about the compression at the top. Thanks Carlo!
i have the same experience with both leather and vylar. the smaller vylars like the 10s dont have that issue, but with 14 leather and 16 vylar ive had the issue and it actually hurt my hand, because the lower part of the glove sticks out and ends up landing the punch on my lower knuckles *during sparring when im throwing uppercuts and they land on a forearm, for example, but the issue is less pronounced on the 14oz leather glove, but still there to an extent. I think the larger T3s need a lot of breaking in on a heavy bag before they can be used in sparring, if they should be sparred with at all. Which essentially makes the T3s a 180 dollar or more bag glove...
Thanks for the awesome reviews. If you had to pick between this and the ONX X factor. Which one would you pick. It will be my Christmas gift from my wife🙏🏼🙌🏼
Do you miss the micro suede thumb for wicking of sweat? or do you know if the suede on the T3 actually falls apart easier with constant rubbing on the face? Thanks~!! Great Review~!!
I have the prior version of the kanpeki. Mine are Velcro with one strap and then lacing. They fit better than the double Velcro glove . I think mine are a different stiffer leather though . “Full grain”. They make a great pop when they hit the bag. I should have bought an extra pair since I don’t see them for sale anymore . Have you tried the prior kanpekis too? If so how would you compare these to them? Would you go for these over a cleto Reyes bag glove. Does winning have a hybrid or Velcro glove that would ultimately be better ? I use 16 oz and they protect my body and hand from the impact great. I like the idea of a cleto but frankly I want a glove that takes impact super well, Iv used my fairtex gloves and I just feel the impact on my shoulders quickly, the kanpeki really protects me
I got these a little bit ago and got to say I did not like these. The splinting system really made my hands and wrists ache and cramp after a session and to also be careful with how I punch because the thumb piping was too small.
Hey man, have you tried out any of Hayabusa’s Marvel gloves? I was kinda tempted cause they look so cool but I read somewhere that you couldn’t spar with them unlike the usual T3’s due to the materials used. And I can’t bring myself to drop 300 on a bag glove lol
honestly I hate sparring with people who wear these almost as much as people who wear "Everlast Pro-Style Boxing gloves", anytime I spar someone wearing either of those I leave with weird fucking scratches, and a scraped eye. I bet they're comfortable cause a lot of the gym vets use them (or maybe it's just the wrist support), but fuck I hate sparring people wearing these rough ass gloves. There's just too many textures which protrude from the profile of the glove, it's annoying. That said, these are still miles ahead of The Pro-style's, but just a similar complaint.
That stitching on the inner cuff piping looks like junk. I cant believe they let that slide. Website product images don't show that issue, I wonder if they've fixed the QC on newer production runs?
Thanks for all the great videos. I'm looking for a pair of quality 16oz gloves to use for both sparring and mitt, also bag work. I've been looking for Reyes, Boxeo TM, Necalli, Phenom and all, but the problem is that since I live in Europe, all those would end up costing 300-320usd after shipping and taxes. Hayabusa has also an European online store, and I would be able to get these for 243usd. Would you say these would be the better option, than to spend that much more to get the Mexican or the Phenom ones? Thanks in advance😊
Not double stitched and the way its put together is absolutely not worth 200 bucks. The fit and finish just looks terrible from here. Thanks for the video.
Thank you! I was hoping you would review these. I've been debating whether or not to get these or the Onyx Velcro gloves. I've seen both of your reviews and was wondering which one you would recommend. Any help is appreciated 😀

I am 198lbs and over 7 years in to boxing and i in live Europe. I have the rs11v from rival in 18oz. They are a bit too heavy for me and they don’t feel good on the heavybag. Salamat Bro!
hi, which one do you think lasts longer, t3 or kanpeki, I have read reviews that comment on the thumb in the t3 and it wears out faster than the other glove, thx
I had a question about the rb5 mitts: I've used them for around 20 rds and they have started to crease around the thumb, I was wondering if this was normal?
You didn't mention how do they feel on your hands like you sometimes do. I got big hands (XL - 10). Do you think that they'll fit my hands if I'll go without any bandages? And do you feel that is safe to train in these gloves without any additional support? Thanks.
Hey Eryk, I have these gloves and they open up really well. I actually have 2 reviews of them over on my channel and I’m probably closer to your size (9.5 hand, 10.5 wrapped, 245lbs). I’m shopping for gloves right now and am worried about my hand fitting in gloves. The only reason I’m not buying another pair of T3s (the Black Friday sale is really good by the way) is because I’m looking for more variety in my collection of gloves. Hope this comment helps and I have no doubt you’ll be able to get your hand inside fine (the T3s). An alternative glove that myself/coaches find VERY roomy is the Title Intense Gel gloves. Now having broken them in, I find it’s a bit too roomy so maybe that’s the right glove for you hand size!
Had these for months I had 2 fights coming up and I had damaged my wrist using my celto reyes so I got these gloves thanks to this review and they are now my favourite gloves ever honestly massively under rated and helped me win both my fights
