Will the laser leave burn marks? Thats my main concern about cutting twill with laser. I am using a vinyl cutter right now but getting too much frays when embroidering. So I am looking into the best laser.

Hi Jeff, it depends on the laser. Trotec's quality we even adjust the laser that there's no burn marks on simple paper. So yes with our laser the burn marks on twill will be minimal. We do recommend to send us (if you're in Canada) your material and we can test samples for you.

do you do custom projects for clients now? I would like to place some orders if you do as I don't own the machinery or software myself yet.

    what material was used?

Hi Darius we used twill, any twill would do you don't have to have adhesive backing on it. The one we used did have adhesive but that's good for heat-press, if you're stitching then you don't need adhesive.
      Thanks!

Does the twill fray at all after a while?

The twill will not fray. The laser burns and seals the edges.
