I make really mean espresso martini. Some with rum and mapple syrup. Some with tequila and agave syrup. That's one of my favorite cocktail! Sometimes I use chocolate bitter or flakes on top... So awesome!

Man! Here on Brasil we have a word, a verb that meaning kind of the feeling of missing someone or something that only existis here, and it's called "Saudade". I have to say that i was really with "saudade" of your videos. It Took so long to see those magnificent drinks again.
My last cocktail was something I came up with myself, at least there’s nothing like it as far as I know. And if you have as many glasses as there are alcohols that are in it, it just might be your last cocktail lol. For the instant coffee below, I use about Half a tablespoon of instant coffee and about an ounce and a half to 2 ounces of water, throw that in the microwave for about 30 seconds and let cool in the fridge. Brandy 1/2 ounce Vodka 1/2 ounce Rum 1/2 ounce Amaretto 1/2 Kahlúa 1 ounce (Could use Mr. Black, but don’t have that) Crème de cacao 1 ounce Bourbon 1 ounce Instant coffee concentrate 1 ounce (Could use cold brew) Shake with ice for about 8 to 10 seconds and fill glass, leave enough room for a layer of whipped cream. Any extra can be put in a small glass with another layer of whipped cream, I usually give that to my grandfather LOL. As for the name, not sure, maybe eight wonders of the world LOL.

At my restaurant we do vanilla vodka, coffee liquor, fresh espresso. I think it is much more balanced then regular vodka
