Hello Amal Abessy. Though I'm not proficient in Arche Ossature, I'll advise you to try the following.
1. Export the dxf file in a comparable AutoCAD version (i.e AutoCAD 2020) to Arche Ossature 2020.
2. Use the 'AUDIT' command as explained in the video to fix any corruption in the parent AutoCAD file that might be hindering the dxf file from being exported correctly and therefore not opening in Arche Ossature 2020.

How to fix DXF when the parents file is not from AutoCAD? My parents file comes from ETAP and I want to make the single-line diagram from ETAP to AutoCAD, but I can't because perhaps the conversion files from .oti to .dxf has been corrupted. Please help me

Thanks for the command, but in my case it didn't work! Audit said 0 errors found and 0 fixed but still won't open the file :(

What if i cant do "audit" in my command line
When i type it autocad correct it to AUDITCTL

Type the command (AUDIT) using AutoCAD Dynamic Input if your command line is giving you issues.
You can turn on and off the AutoCAD Dynamic Input by simply pressing the F12 key on your keyboard if using Windows Computer.
When AutoCAD Dynamic Input is on, you'll see whatever command you're typing beside your AutoCAD crosshair.
