Hamza hasn't went through shit the way exaggerates it as. He's privileged af and his parents already are living in first world economy where they did the hard work for him where he gets to enjoy.
This mf has no idea how it's like to live in messed up conditions for decades. Only if he lived most of his life in Pakistan.
His father is the true alpha, not Hamza.

I broke my c5 vertabrae 23 days ago. Parazlyed from the neck down. I am now able to walk and do the things i used to but slower. Everyday i see more progress in my rehabilitation. Doctors say i am going to make a full recovery within a year. Already i can lift small weights and work-out. In 2 months i will probably lift heavy again.
If it wasn't for my self improvement journey that i've started 2 years ago i would've been paralyzed for life or died. My neck muscle saved me. My mentality made my progress so much faster. And my friends and family made me feel respected and motivated to go further and harder on my rehabilitation journey. Again i could walk after day 8. While most people with my injury are in a wheelchair for life. Hamza introduced me to self-improvement. Thank you Hamza for saving me. And i want to thank younger me for saving me.

Same happened to me in my 20s and now in my 40s I do it to men 10+ years younger than me who think they know everything and act out of line.

Hey Hamza. I’m not gonna say some bullshit, so I’ll go straight to the point: I really appreciate your content, especially since it changed my life for around a year now. Prior to watching your videos, I was depressed and had severe anxiety to the point where I couldn’t leave my house without panicking. I used to sedate myself with video games and porn. When I first started watching your videos (the first one I found was a video on my home feed called “Stop letting other men pipe your wife”), something clicked for me. Your long and unedited guides helped me the most. I’ve made a lot of friends who are on self improvement and began reading instead of scrolling through TikTok and Instagram. Keep it up.
Don’t worry about Sam. I’ve checked his channel, and he speaks high of you whenever you’re mentioned.
I also want to dedicate this comment to all the young men who are struggling out there. Remember that you’re not alone and reach out to someone. Have a great day ❤

hey Hamza Jonas here, I usually never comment but after watching this video I wanted to say that I am very proud of the progress you have made and that you overcame your cool-guy phase. I always have to think back to the phase before you became famous during which your videos were the best in my opinion because you were purely trying to give good advice. I especially remember this one clip where you were sat next to a tree in a park meditating. I personally love the very healthy lifestyle you are preaching now again and I love that you got back into bodybuilding. It is like an awesome pillar to build your life around. I hope you are doing better mentally as well now. As it has always been these type of long form and especially authentic videos which are so much more helpful and I feel like I learned a lot from this one. Keep up the great work and always remember that you can only help us with our lifes if your own life is going well, so take care of yourself first before worrying about us :)

I'm quite new to this self improvement journey, but I discovered a video from you about two weeks ago, about how to make a dopamine detox (or extreme reduction) and then as I got hooked in I also came across your full masculinity guide video.
Since then, I made some big steps the right way, cut out games (nearly 1.5Tb of games), social networks, and porn and I feel so proud and healthy and feel like I'm in control of myself again. Thanks to you Hamza, my drive to greatness came right back at me. I organized my thoughts, my goals, ambitions, started working out again, reading, drawing, and I planned my way to success. I hope to be as great to you in the future.

Brother I would like to thank you, even tho I don't agree with everything you say and do, and I don't watch every single video. I would like to thank you because despite that YOU and only you are the person that first got me into self improvement, that flipped the methaphorical switch in me, switched the mindset and showed me that I have impact on my own life. As I got deeper into the rabbithole and then left it to focus on other things, i watched your content less end less (it was also at the time you were making some low value highly edited content which i understand but dont certainly like). But you were the person that started the initial movement in my mind and got me out from the dogshit place ive been before that. I dont really know how i can thank you more than just this comment, so again, thanks Brother!

I just want to add something to the air pollution part.
The AQI (Air quality index) simply does not represents the entire air quality of a Country. The AQI is allocated or given to every single district of a state in a country.
For example: There is no specific AQI for the whole UK itself but instead there will be different AQI for every single city like Scotland (33) & London (40) & the respective AQI for other places. I personally live in India where the AQI shown for Delhi (112) is right but the AQI where I live is around 23.
So, I just wanted to make it clear for everyone that the world is big enough to not judge 1 country with it's one f*cked up place.

    • @Hishaam2.0
      @Hishaam2.0 Месяц назад

Yeah and in fact even in the cities, some areas are much more polluted than others. Like the society I live in has pretty good air quality but the area 5 mins away from here has literally the worst air quality imaginable with like smoke and dust and stuff.

Hamza I was meditating today because of you and I came to a realization. I hope you see this. I was looking at the body parts I most dislike and tried to like them for self love and to help me then love others. My wrists are still skinny even after all the gym work so Ive never loved them and always wished I had better genes. But then I realized. These are my mums wrists. And my mums wrists came from my ancestors. My mum I love so Im grateful that I have her genes. Im also grateful my ancestors could allow me to be alive. I meditated on this and came to the conclusion. If my body was given to me by god and is given to me by all my ancestors and resources from people who try super hard, and theyd want me to use this body for good and achieve high goals. Then why shouldnt I set my mind to be good and achieve great things. From now on I will show my love to my family and god by looking after my body and striving to use it for great things. Id like to thank you hamza for helping me meditate. Love alls you who see this

I started self improvement when I was 16 I lost weight got a gf taught others how to improved my relationship with parents better grades in school I broke up with my gf 8 months ago and I started slipping, however in the last 2 months I've bought it back I'm nearly as happy as I was by myself as I was with her, I am now pretty attractive 6 pack and get good attention from girls daily. I got into my uni course I quit video games porn and reduced screen time from 6 hours to 1 and I am quite popular and well known for being a leader and a bit psychopathic in my area uni and friend group. I got a lot of work to do but I'm doing well thank you.

I have exactly what you're talking about, I heard the smallest thing and am always ready for a fight. I wake up as soon as someone opens my door, half asleep waiting to see who opens that door. I was visual seeing myself stab a home invader. I couldn't relax because I hear about all these horrible things happening, seeing them daily as a security guard at the hospital. I had to work on my mental health and of course I'm still ready for anything. If anyone else has this problem it will affect your mental health. Learn to live in the present moment and if something like that does happen, handle it.

Hamza I’ve watched your content a lot and it resonates with me. You should check yourself for adhd with a psychiatrist. The way you have a lot of switches and hyper focus on shit is a real giveaway.

Bro, can you do a video on how to act in the club? Not just how to approach girls and take them home, but how what's considered doing too much and what it means to "be the fun" etc., too?
I would really appreciate an autistic-detailed guide on this topic.

I know that this comment will never be read by you but it is still worth a try. I know what your are feeling hamza, i went through something similar of what you discussed in this video, and I wish there was a better way to discuss this further with you. I have been watching your videos since day 1 and if all of your subscribers say negative things about you despite all the good you’ve done, you can always guarantee that there will always be one subscriber who will be always be supporting you right here. Sometimes life can be too overwhelming, but we just got to push through. Behalf of everyone, or at least myself, thank you for all you have provided, it will not go in vain.

35:00 I used to live with my ex-girlfriend. honestly it was the worst period of my self-development journey. started sleeping in until noon and going to sleep at 2,3,4am it was the worst tbh ... men learn from our mistakes
