Never hurts anyone to help someone that doesn't have much. Im good for helping people but when i need help no ones there ! Good job Drew !
I help out when I can and I actually get help when I need it. I have lots of friends. They always help me when I need it. Sorry to hear that for you.
You’re a good man for helping people out. Up here, no one will help another person out at all. I will help anyone but when I need help, everyone is always busy
Thanks bro
You are a good man helping another out.
I was going to say the same thing

Drew, that works great !!!
I wish I would’ve got another picture of the end because it actually came out clean enough to say that it almost looked painted next week when I go back I’ll take pictures
Nice
Thank you
@@Drewsroofingandhomerepair very welcome
it works good on the surface but it cant get on the top of the tile and remove any mold that might be on top of it but it is better then having it allover the place:)
As long as mold is dry it won’t spread
Wow!!!
And even look better than that, I wish I’ve got a picture at the end. I’ll take another picture next week and share it.
Hey Drew, quick question. What type of caulk do you typically use around seams? I've seen you use Lexel a lot, would you recommend thatfor the job?
Yes Lexell comes in clear and white
Now to address the cause - I imagine it was a lack of ventilation. In my case, I’d get mold on the bathroom ceiling about every few months - until I replaced the 80cfm fan with a 110 cfm fan - no more mold, no more paint peeling either!
Actually, what happened was he had a leak and he had a metal roof put on top of it after that and never repaired the mold and his brother moved out of the place because of disabilities and it said empty for eight months
