Just a suggestion as to garden plot contents:
    - On each plot, you should be able to plant a Mutfruit Tree, a Tato Vine & a Corn Stalk. If you use three plot for this plan, then each harvest will grant most of the mats for Vegetable Starch aka Adhesive. (The other ingredient is 1 Purified Water.)
    - Since you've got 11 plots available, I'd recommend 6 plots with the above layout, allowing for at least 2 Vegetable Starch per harvest.
(It also grants sufficient Food for 12 Settlers, a lovely point to aim for.) Note: 2 Settlers will be needed to farm those crops.
    - With 5 available garden plots left free, I'd recommend planting 5 Razorgrain; there's no Food points from Razorgrain but, honestly, mixing it with Dirty Water makes a Noodle Cup, the best cooked food in the Commonwealth, as it cures both Hunger and Thirst. 5 Plots means 5 Noodle Cups, provided that you have the bottles for the Dirty Water you gather from the nearby lake.

Saw a mod adding cannabis cultivation, but still didn't find the ability to engage in aquaponics, although it seems to be a matter of course for the institute.

Hey, how did you do those little white steps? I didn’t see it in the vid, but I can’t find anyone else with steps quite like that.
