I was at this concert with my fiancé' 20th row,, she told me she wasn't really into Kiss, after this show she has not stopped talking about them till this day. She said it was the best concert she has ever been at, this was my 5th time I've seen them and they get better each time, Kiss Army Forever!!
Excellent video! I was there in the 13th Row with my wife and son! You were actually right behind me a few rows filming this. If you look at the bottom left part of the screen you will notice a kid moving back and forth, popping in and out of the aisle. That’s my son Joseph. He has Autism and loves KISS! We rented a stretch limousine and got to go backstage before the show started to meet the Band, took photos with them, got autographs and guitar picks! It was a once in a lifetime experience and worth every penny because of the memories it created for me and my family! The look on my son’s face was absolutely priceless!
Two more months until I see them at Rockville in Daytona Beach I'm excited I've been listening to them since I was 9 and I still can't believe I'm seeing them live
I look up to them, all of these years playing… and they still got it! Me and my friends are forming a band, we might play this at our school Talent Show!
Saw them in 1983, 1988, 1990, 1996, 2000, 2004, and had tickets to a canceled show in 1992. But they're not spring chickens anymore. Gene is 71 and Paul is 68. We can't expect them to be as they were when they were in their 20s and 30s. Age catches up with us all. Last time I saw them was in 2004 and it felt like the right time to stop attending their shows after that. I still love 'em, but I didn't want to pay to see the Law of Diminishing Returns kick in.
Awesome footage, Dark Macek. I was there as well. Saw everything. I was at upper gate 13; section 209. KISS, as always, made such a performance that night. A NIGHT that will never forget. We made KISSTORY. KISS will always be the hottest band in the world. I'm sure that we, the KISS ARMY, will make sure that their legacy will live on. Paul, Gene, Tommy, Eric, Ace, Pete, even the late Eric Carr will NEVER be forgotten. Take care, thanks and God bless!
a steinmann Yep. They go en masse, so there’s a ton of empty seats. By the way, each toilet in the venue is a Kiss branded toilet. They charge $10 for a #1 and $40 for a #2. Pathetic cash grab.
