We just redid the Arcade game room in one of our properties! We had a company come in and paint the ceiling black and put recessed lighting in. Then they painted the walls with broom paint and a cool design on one wall! We hope it helps us! We’re going to have someone come in now and shoot a video to put on VRBO. I think a slow motion video will really make us stand out! 😎

Omg! I love your chess game!! Can you come make one at our property 🤣 Maybe my handyman could make us one. Can you explain what he needs to do? And where did you get the chess pieces. I was thinking about having someone build a golf course in the yard. The property is waterfront with a pool. We need to make it even better so it blows our guests minds! I’ve had some guests say they’ve never left our property during their stay because there was so much to do right at the house. I love to hear that. However there is a popular amusement park just down the street and a wildlife sanctuary. So we have a great location with lots of amenities! But I need to go even further!! 😎
Somehow I knew you would make something great to deal with the changes Airbnb made. You seem like a guy who says let’s make it BIG or go home!! Most are sitting around complaining about the changes they made you seemed to have taken the changes they made and ran with it!
