You can do airb&b without owning the properties.
You are not building long term wealth by doing this, but still putting in mostly all the work.
It's better to own the property, pay down the debt to build up equity and also gain the tax deprecation benefits of the property.
Arbitrage is great for getting started with lower risk though, however there is risk of vacancy and still owing $ on your lease.
I’m still undecided on this, not sure if this is a good idea for somebody starting like me given how expensive houses are plus the high interest rates.

why these "Airbnb experts" never shows links to their Airbnb profile? because their calendrer is empty , they whatever you click in any of their links they collect your email right away , they use that email to spam you with those courses :D

stop selling your course so much in one video.... try to limit marketing to under a minute... may be then you will reach your 100K subscribers goal.... you have probably irritated some borderline folks with your overselling which has stopped them from subscribing... also, make sure you have a volume equalizer or some other thing which can make sure both of your volumes match... Sara is making ears bleed while Tony sounds normal... If you want to dream about 100K subscribers, make sure your video quality improves...
You either quite your job and focus on the Airbnb 100% plus, but you can't work and have a successful Airbnb until you quit your job. There are no short cuts to wealth people. Stop believing this BS. Let's get woke on these youtubers.
