Don’t believe the political dogma that is indoctrinating the masses and convincing them that there’s something wrong with passing wealth down to your children. I didn’t hear anything about actually running “AirBnBs” (several) at all.. I run an AirBnB on Capitol Hill in DC.. Safe to say that it’s completely booked during the vacation season (about 8 months per year). Turn around time for 1 AirBnB is about 2 - 1/2 hrs.. Having a check out-check in (minimum is 2 nights, average is 4 nights) service to maintain the home at random, onDemand, schedule is expensive. So I’m really interested in hearing more about the multiple “AirBnBs” minus the prime area model.

You both are truly inspiring! Me and my partner also didn't grow up with money, everything we have now we've worked hard for. Granted we don't own any houses or properties just rent at the moment but that alone was a huge accomplishment for us. Hi!! My husband and I don’t believe we’re in the right place in life to start investing however it’s definitely something we want to do in the near future. I am a 61-year-old widow with an autistic child. I’m wondering if a mobile home could be Airbnb’d. It is near beautiful lake Michigan ,rivers, ski hills, Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. And I keep thinking that it would be great to make money off of it since it is paid off. But I have never heard of a three bedroom two bath mobile home on 5 acres being used for that.

I love your videos. I recently retired and am starting our remodel on a one-bedroom apt we have on our property. We are literally 10 mins from LAX airport and 5 mins from our Sofi Stadium and soon The new Clippers arena. It's going to be a first-class Airbnb no doubt, but it's our location that troubles me. whenever a client leaves you (or your cleaners) do inventory checks and that's when you should replace something so important -ie ASAP esp if you know you have another client coming

Recently started my first STR. So far so good. Haven’t had any coaching and my education in the space has solely come from RUclips, Podcast, and books. Now that I’m officially an investor, I’m finding that I have lots of needs that cost lots of $ (I.e. tax planning, coaching, additional insurance, asset protection, etc) Obviously, these things are not exclusive to me. Please help! I bought a small beach house in Puerto Rico that is going to be my first Airbnb. The house has a big parking for boats or jets skies...my question is...do I put the price low to get my first 5 star reviews or do I started high because thinking that is convenient for guests because they can leave their boats and come back the following weekend after working during the week? I didn’t hear anything about actually running “AirBnBs” (several) at all.. I run an AirBnB on Capitol Hill in DC.. Safe to say that it’s completely booked during the vacation season (about 8 months per year). Turn around time for 1 AirBnB is about 2 - 1/2 hrs.. Having a check out-check in (minimum is 2 nights, average is 4 nights) service to maintain the home at random, onDemand, schedule is expensive. So I’m really interested in hearing more about the multiple “AirBnBs” minus the prime area model.

You both are truly inspiring! Me and my partner also didn't grow up with money, everything we have now we've worked hard for. Granted we don't own any houses or properties just rent at the moment but that alone was a huge accomplishment for us. We are looking for the next chapter in our journey, we both have comfortable jobs but would like to invest in real estate. I've watched most of your videos and like you guys mention it's a bit overwhelming and intimidating knowing where to start. Can you make a video on the process of securing a loan/saving for a down payment? What loaners are looking for? A video with more details on what to ask/look for when going to a bank to purchase a first home to convert to an airbnb. Hi!! My husband and I don’t believe we’re in the right place in life to start investing however it’s definitely something we want to do in the near future. Can I ask, what would say is the best way to find networking groups/communities for short term rentals and what kinds of groups/communities are the best, or you would recommend. For reference, we plan to move our young family (two small little ones) from Texas to Colorado by the end of the year (2024). So we’ll physically be in/near either the Denver or Boulder market

I am a 61-year-old widow with an autistic child. I’m wondering if a mobile home could be Airbnb’d. It is near beautiful lake Michigan ,rivers, ski hills, Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. And I keep thinking that it would be great to make money off of it since it is paid off. But I have never heard of a three bedroom two bath mobile home on 5 acres being used for that.

I love your videos. I recently retired and am starting our remodel on a one-bedroom apt we have on our property. We are literally 10 mins from LAX airport and 5 mins from our Sofi Stadium and soon The new Clippers arena. It's going to be a first-class Airbnb no doubt, but it's our location that troubles me. Our neighborhood is middle-class Hispanic and I worry that our guests might feel unsafe in the area. What can I do to offset these types of possible concerns from guests considering renting our Airbnb ?

I come across your video . I want to skip but something is telling me to watch until the end and I’m glad I did. I would like to ask between rental and RBNB which one is the best my fear on RBNB is if there is not guests how I will be able to pay the mortgage or with rental I know I have a payment coming every month.

Let’s say a previous renter break something that needs one or two days to fix. but the new renter comes in right after and the new renter needs to use the broken thing (let’s say the toilet). what would be the best way to solve this problem/dilemma? 😄
whenever a client leaves you (or your cleaners) do inventory checks and that's when you should replace something so important -ie ASAP esp if you know you have another client coming

Recently started my first STR. So far so good. Haven’t had any coaching and my education in the space has solely come from RUclips, Podcast, and books. Now that I’m officially an investor, I’m finding that I have lots of needs that cost lots of $ (I.e. tax planning, coaching, additional insurance, asset protection, etc)
Obviously, these things are not exclusive to me. But as I’m trying to work toward my next property I’m struggling to find the $ to pay for all these things.
Maybe you guys can share this part of your journey with us? How did you find the resources all the not-so-often talked about business expenses & much needed professional services in your business as you got started? How does someone just starting find the $ to pay for all this?

Please help! I bought a small beach house in Puerto Rico that is going to be my first Airbnb. The house has a big parking for boats or jets skies...my question is...do I put the price low to get my first 5 star reviews or do I started high because thinking that is convenient for guests because they can leave their boats and come back the following weekend after working during the week?
In other words I don't want a guest to book 2 or 3 weeks for a low price by the beach for me trying to look for reviews...thank you and congratulations
