- Today I'm building my own portable #WorkBench #Bench #Light #BenchLight with a LED light panel on a flexible arm so I can get light in all the right places when I'm working on my projects.
I got the idea from Adam Savage #AdamSavage, widely known for hosting Mythbusters and Tested.com, who built a light like this years ago. I always loved the idea and today I'm finally building my own, but I'm changing a couple of small things, like powering the light with batteries and mounting it on a removable desk clamp.
If you liked todays video please leave a thumbs up and subscribe to the channel to see future updates on my truck and other projects. Thanks!

Also something to note around Wrench At Home: this channel is for my own entertainment and my videos are not meant as tutorials. My channel is just a documentation of me working on my own personal car(s) and I can't give any guarantees that the things I do will work for your particular car.
I am just a normal guy and by no means a trained mechanic (I design and build websites for a living). I try to do things myself while figuring out 'the how' with a little help from the internet. Please put any tips, pointers or extra info you can share with me in the comments of this video.
I hope you enjoy this video and if you do, please like the video and subscribe, it really helps out the channel. Thanks!

Hey saw there was no comments but man this was a great video and gave me a bunch of tips and ideas for my own set of locline arms. By any chance do you mind sharing the brand of clap you used looks like a really good choice for this application
Thanks man, I appreciate that! The clamp brand is Moukey, there is a link in the video description to the exact clamp I used.
😲 WOW...I was exactly searching for this..... it's just helped me a lot... seen a lot of video.. but it seems the best.. Can you please tell me which mm or size of that aluminium wire is ? Thanks in advance.. wish for the best 🤠
Thank you! The thickness of the wire is 1/4 inch, or 6,35 mm. There is a link in the video description to the exact aluminium armature wire I used.
