Thank you! I’m running a B450 Pro and my system went messed up after a BIOS update. Didn’t know why my benchmarks were reporting 2133Mhz instead of 3000.

Just bought corsair ram yesterday the speed is suppose to be 3200 but I think my motherboard supports max 2666mhz lol. I guess it's better than 2133. I'll take it for now.
I enabled XMP but the task manager shows the speed as being the auto number (the one on the left) rather than the higher number (the one on the right).
Thanks for the video dude I appreciate it. Question on your 3600 though. Have you noticed it like boosting at idle? I’m running a 360mm aio (I know it’s overkill) but I’m still seeing idle temps between 40-50c and I’m kinda at a loss.
Hi, the boosting is most likely just system demand at and as for the temps, well mine runs 30-40c at idle/general system use on a AIO like yours. If the AIO is new, check you don't have too much thermal paste etc, I would advise a X then a dot in each section of the X with equal clamping pressure, hope that helps.

I am pretty sure the 3000Mhz setting will be fine, give it a try and if it doesn't work reset the CMOS via the little motherboard jumper if it won't come back as normal.
Every processor has its maximum theoretical memory bandwidth. For example yours has 50 GBit/s. Then if you have dual channel memory, let's calculate. 50/8=6.25GBytes/s. 6.25/2=3.125=3125 Mbytes/s.
