@@lykan2I didn't really like it when I heard it from the concert last month but seeing it in the episode and actually seeing it with this Doctor's vibe, they got it spot on!
By the way, the species who communicated with eyebrows were the Delphon, described amusingly by Jon Pertwee, the Third Doctor, in his first story, 'Spearhead from Space'.
I definitely think it was the Master's soul that was picked up from the tooth, since the Toymaker's words were "The Master" and the scene where a feminine hand with red fingernails picking it up is a direct mirror to when that woman with red fingernails picked up the Master's ring, both having a menacing laugh playing behind it. Is it the same woman? Probably not. But the return of the Master is very possible and knowing the character, let's face it, pretty inevitable.
If a doctor ever deserved a happy ending, its David Tennants doctor! I´m so happy for him and it gives them the chance to have him pop up every time they feel its needed to have 2 Doctors in the story.
A lot of people say this episode was rushed. I think the reason for that was Bernard Cribbin’s passing and the production team had to scramble to edit the script. So a bunch of condensing happened
Do you know what I also love thinking about the 14th doctor visiting the companion support group and all the stories he can share, and since he still has a daughter, he can just take every single one of them on their own individual adventures and it’s canonized that the doctors been known to have not on TV so big finish could pick up the 14th doctor taking every single companion on their own individual adventure and audio form
I think what is implied with the Bi-Regeneration is the 15th Doctor that we saw coming out of the 14th Doctor is from a time after the encounter with the Toy Maker; he mentions to the 14th Doctor that he's from his future and that the therapy is happening out of order. The 15th Doctor is happy and at peace with himself because he has already lived the life as the 14th Doctor with the Nobles, being happy and getting things off his chest being able to open up to them. As for his prize, the "2nd" tardis is actually the current tardis but from the future and the whole whacking 14th's tardis with the mallet to "make another one" was actually him bringing the tardis which he was separated from to his past and into the Toy Realm. There is even clues that his tardis is a future tardis with his having a juke box added while 14's doesn't and his having the wheel chair ramp, implying the 14th Doctor adds the wheel chair ramp for Wilfred to have an easier time getting in and out of the tardis. My theory is the Bi-Regeneration is when the same Time Lord are in two different points in time but start to regenerate at the same time; 14th Doctor with the Nobles regenerates at the proper time, while the Toy Maker shot his past self causing him to regenerate at the incorrect time; so the 15th Doctor is pulled into his past and his regeneration energy triggered when he regenerates in the future heals his past self when Mel and Donna pull him out. The 15th Doctor is happy to see his past self, Donna and Mel and is happy and excited to play the Toy Maker's game and whips the ball at his past incarnation because he knows they won't lose; because he has already played the game when he was the 14th Doctor and won. That's my theory anyways and my own personal head canon to try and make sense of the Bi-Regeneration. I really liked that episode; I hope the Toy Maker and Neil Patrick Harris comes back in the future, and I am excited to see the 15th Doctor and his adventures
@@Caine_House fans provide their headcanons for the nonsense and obscurity in this show frequently, from what I've seen. It's a time travel show, about a time lord with timey bullshit. @@ReddCrystal This dude's explanation was definitely convoluted. Especially when it wasn't explained and people are just making up what they think happened.
My theory for this bigeneration is that David’s 14th Doctor won’t regenerate. I’m pretty sure the regeneration ability is with Ncuti’s Doctor. At the end of his life 14 will just pass away a happy man who’s lived a full life
RTD kind of confirmed that in the audio commentary saying that all the doctors biregenerated throughout the timeline due to the Toymakers interference in all of it. So that how we will have “older looking” past Doctors in future episodes or specials .
Remember the Curator from the 50th anniversary, There’s alot of talk going around that David’s doctor will become the curator because remember the curator said he’d be revisiting a few old faces but only the old favorites
this episode really fits what river song said at the end of her journey, "Happy ever after" doesn't mean forever. It just means time." and tahts exactly what we got here even if he does end up regenerating into the 15th doctor he's given his happily ever after.
I loved it, we get 2 Doctors! We can keep the fan favourite Tennant in the Background (potentially becoming "The Curator" from the 50th) while going onto new adventures with Ncuti's, also it gives both Tate and Tennant the potential to team up with him in the future if he ever needs help. I'm just so happy that 10/14 is at peace now, having a Family and Friends he can have a live with and Donna having her best friend back as well, along with her memories.
RTD says all the past doctors also now bi generated and are alive which I think is an unessacerry thing to say, Tennant being alive and probably becoming the Curator made more sense to me. But it will mean that at any time there could be episodes of further adventures of any Doctor.
@@Imgaezz indeed but he says all his regenerations also bi generated, so they are all out there now thereby changing the show retrospectively again. Good thing with that is tha McGann could do more episodes.

Interestingly, after "The Split" the Closed Captioning identified Tennant's 14th Doctor as "Tenth Doctor" whenever he spoke while still atop the UNIT building.
Normally when he regenerates, all the old cells are destroyed to make room for the new ones. This time, the old cells refused to die so the new ones had to offset themselves
No spoilers (for a story from 1982), but if you get the chance you can watch the Classic Who story "Earthshock" to find out what the story with Adric was.
I think the scientist picked up the Toymaker’s tooth/Master’s prison since the person who picked up the tooth had red nail polish on them! Since Kate, Melanie, and Donna didn’t pick it up, then it only leaves the scientist the only woman left to pick it up! I hope the Master doesn’t kill her!
I wonder what the deal was with Kate when she first appeared. Everyone who sees her thinks she's about to slap the Doctor and I don't see why they would have wanted that energy from her for that scene. BTW, he "does not have pants" because the two Doctors are sharing the clothes that the previous Doctor had been wearing. So one has underwear but no pants, and the other has pants but no underwear.
I've spent a lot of time listening to Fifteen's theme, and there's hints of other themes in there, but it almost seems to be like a major/minor version of 11's theme, I am the Doctor, but instead of whimsical, it's scattered at times, focused at others.

I think the Bi generation could fix the Timeless Child arc. Think about it, if a future incarnation Bi generates and out comes the Doctor and a child version of the Doctor, then that child version can slip into a crack in time, and land in ancient Gallifrey. Thus the Doctor is Gallefrey and Gallifrey is the Doctor creating a close loop.
