@@Harry00020 I lost fat yes didn’t gain muscle I enjoyed his workouts it wasn’t boring but I developed an eating disorder which was anorexia and was doing Joe’s workouts a lot which is why I it’s been so long but I think if I didn’t have developed an eating disorder I would still have been doing the workouts . I still do them now and I enjoy them . It’s all about consistency and diet. It doesn’t matter what movement you do you don’t have to do something you don’t like it can be anything. If you enjoy it you’ll keep showing up that’s what gets results
