    This is also a great workout for women who experience peri/menopause. Especially if you're not new to strength training. I appreciated that it wasn't in rounds, all different exercises. 🤛🏻

    this was the perfect reset after a food based vacation in santa fe. i couldnt face the gym but this showed me i had not lost as much ground as i feared!!

    Really enjoyed it. Maybe a little HIIT cardio in-between. I'm sure you know best.

    16kg was really tough. The lighter weights are needed to get a decent workout.

      Oh wow! This hits everything. I stuck to the script but had to rest for a couple of minutes a couple of times. The workout was under 33 minutes in total. 🥵🥵🥵🥵💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

    I made a video a couple of weeks back explaining how to select exercises for working the whole body at home with just dumbbells and general advice for that approach which you may find helpful :)
