Joe! Thank you so much for working out with the world. I have 2 injuries I’ve been dealing with so I’ve avoided working out altogether for a while now and have become so disheartened. I’m telling myself now just to try to do 3 workouts with you a week for 30 minutes each. I couldn’t stop smiling during this workout and really enjoyed it! Your energy is always so contagious and me as well as the entire community here appreciate you so much. Thank you for making me love my body, feel happy, and accomplished!
I thought this would be a little easier for a Saturday morning, with 35 seconds on and 25 seconds rest, but it was tough for me and I was a sweaty heap at the end! Fab!!!

Great new workout Joe, thanks very much. Fab to have some weights in here for the extra challenge but to boost strength training - loved this one - will defo be doing it again and adding it to my favourites. I'm back. I found it really tough today. It was going pretty nicely until the 2nd set of thrusters then I kept pushing it. Urggh, 10 mins later I've got my breath back... Just!
After 2 days of doing your hard-core hiits, this was a doddle @ 12kg. Maybe need to go for 14 next time I think, bearing in mind I did 2 killer workouts the days previous.
