Hey Joe! I did not have the time or energy for a long, high impact workout this morning so thought I’d give this a go and I’m so glad I did! Worked up a sweet and it felt hard. I use to do the workout whilst I was overweight and it excruciating and now that I have lost the weight it stills hard but as I hard it was! Loved the session!
Tip. Don't buy a fitbit charge 4 for heart rate monitoring. Mine didn't go above 90bpm throughout the workout. 2 minutes after finishing it went to 140.
15kg again. Twice round, so able to swap in some rear and lat delts, biceps and push press into 2bd round. Did calf raises instead of sprint first time round.
Yep 15kg again. Stuck to the script 100%. However, a couple of minutes after the end I did a pushpress. Managed 20 @15kg X2. This whole workout has me breathing hard throughout. Just enough chance to recover, although I needed mindfulness during the last 3 exercises. 🥵🥵🥵🥵💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

Great workout with 15kg. Didn't swap anything. Probably need to add a lateral deltoid exercise somewhere. Maybe after.

Max every excercise with 12kg and done in. Could probably manage 13kg. Swapped 2nd pressups with lateral delt lift. 👍🏽👌🏽🥵
11kg. Not too bad, but I pushed it and I am absolutely soaked with sweat. Pulse has stayed high after so clearly some muscle fatigue. 👏🏽👍🏽💪🏼

I did a 20 minutes body weight Joe HIIT before this one. Then immediately went in to this, not doing that again😢
Dude - live your workouts but this bad habit of explaining the next move 2 seconds before gotta stop. It’s infuriating

It’s not infuriating mate. You can bloody pause the video. Or rewind it. He’s literally doing this for 20 minutes straight. Appreciate the effort
Thats the point if a HIIT there are no pauses, as soon as the next move comes up get on it
