The foreigners journalists need to understand a few things:
1) Lula went to prison due to corruption against Brazil; I would ask the journalist if in the USA they would accept an ex-prisoner due to corruption against his own country, to become candidate for presidency in USA???
2) they changed the law to get Lula out of prison right near the elections and subsequently he becomes candidate for presidency.
3) Bolsonaro asks that elections to be also in paper to prove the vote and so that they could count the vote on paper and not only electronic vote. But this was denied.
I believe this is enough to raise a red flag.

You forgot to say that the judge who convicted him became Bolsonaro's minister, conflict of interests, and his sentence was annulled.

These elections were stolen, the institution who administer the elections is run by the the most vicious person in the country, Alexandre de Moraes, which is also minister of the Judiciary Court in Brazil. Not only he vetoed Lulas sentences, for having stolen Billions of public money, but he also favored him to “win” the elections. People of Brazil won’t accept that, we are ready to face any consequences at this point. Lula wasn’t able to gather 1,000 people on the streets. What you will see on the night of the “election victory celebration” is not organic, those are paid people, gathered people from all over the country to make it seem acceptable. This is really messed up !!
