❤❤I started when I was little. Like 10 as a way to involve myself with my mom and gran. That was 29 years ago now and over the years I've gone for long periods doing it and long not so alot of the cooler patterns and stitch work are gone from memory....for me at least this isn't like the "riding a bike" joke. IDK why but it's not.
Sometimes it's a GOOD IDEA to sit down and watch a tutorial...yes even the basic of stitches can be forgotten nevermind the more difficult one!! 😂
I find videos help. Especially if you learn through watching some else. All I need to do is gather my supplies and sit down. I pause, rewind, slow the video ...I always get confused with the pattern direction because of the abbreviations and the directions may as well be in a dead language in my case. Whatever it takes. So THANK you to all you people patient enough to teach slackers like me.
      PS
IF ANYONE ELSE HAS AN ISSUE WITH LEARNING THE ABBREVIATIONS LIKE ME IS THERE A WAY TO MAKE IT EASIER TO LEARN?
I use a lot of time relearning stuff and I'm sure there's a trick to it. Lol

Great teacher! I didn't know how to do anything but single crochet prior to this and (although it did not take me an hour to complete) it taught me so and came out great! Thank you!!
