Great tutorial! Love the texture. I made a newborn hat with baby soft 4 ply. For anyone watching who wants to make a different size, or different yarn, using different size hook, you’ve just got to decide how wide you want the ribbing brim- (I made 10 chains in 4 ply) then keep going with the ribbing until it’s big enough. (I made it 38 cm for a baby) When you join it, and then make the foundation row at the side of the brim to continue with the hat, you need a multiples of 4 stitches so that the pattern works seamlessly. I needed to sneak in 2 extra stitches here- but absolutely not noticeable…There is loads of advice on web for height of hat before decrease (I made it 7 inches for a baby up to 3 months) Decrease instructions are really good, and give a very professional looking hat. I added a bobble in same wool (lots of videos on RUclips)
00:54 9 chains , 68 stitches for an adult with 4.00 hook ( I need more than 68 stitches) 05:55 larger hook for body of hat single crochets 4.5 hook 07:22 starting of double crochets 09:31 single crochets 10:21 double crochets 13:21 singles 15:55 decrease
Hi! Thank you so much for a great easy to follow tutorial! I made a beanie for my mom who had unfortunately lost her hair due to chemotherapy. She absolutely loves the pattern and the soft feel of the bean I made her. It took less than a day to complete with your tutorial! 🥹❤️❤️
Hi, you say this is child size. But what age is it? I need aged 3-4 years. What height would I need to measure for the brim and then for the body please? Thanks
It might be that you’re missing some of the rows- it’s often hard to see where the stitches are at the side of ribbing! You get a clear “hole” for one row, and the next stitch is tighter, are you missing those ones? I made a babies hat using this pattern so I know it works. I didn’t change my hook size, and it still works, but she does and this should also help. Make sure you have multiples of 4 stitches in this row to make the texture pattern work seamlessly (you can easily sneak in extra singles) Good luck!
This tutorial is very easy to follow. Your lighting is very commendable, nice and bright. Thank you ❤
Beautiful and easy stitches shall be making this hat and then make a baby blanket out of the same stitches thanks for sharing your lovely pattern.❤

Zhara, I would like to purchase the patterns for the hat tutorials. Do you have them available?
That is great, nice pattern. Clear instructions.
Beautiful pattern, thanks for sharing. I as wondering what multiples of stitches must one have?
It was stated in the video. Its a multiple of 4.

How many rows of single crochet do i do for womans adult size
Very nice pattern and very good clear video. Thank you so much. I am enjoying making this😊🎉
Lovely colour. What yarn did you use and how many skeins did this beanie use ? I need to make one for winter wear using wool.
That's awesome and marvelously done and I love it I hope that I can make it
.❤
How do I adjust the pattern for an adult? It says the video is a child’s hat and easily adjustable, but I don’t see any further instructions for this
the trim should be divisible by 4 until it’s the circumference you need, and you continue the hat until it reaches the height you need
@@sarahashlynnethank you
@ you’re welcome 😊
Can I just ask, when you start the 2nd pattern row, how many' clusters' of 3front dtrb should I have?
Puoi mettere misure per cappello da adulto? Grazie. Molto bello!!!
Love it! Thank you very much!
Good morning I LOVE the hat. What Stitch is used, please? I'm going to follow your video and make it, thank you!
Just made this. Really good instructions, thank you
some crochet stitches result in a stiff hat ..is it stretchy soft ...or hard after making
It's not slouchy by any means, but I wouldn't call it stiff either. I made one for each of my kids and they both find them very soft and comfy
@@natsen ok thank you
If you get a stiff hat… your tension maybe too tight . Hope this helps 😊
May I ask what brand of yarn you used?
Tkanks a lot
Please share number of chains needed for adult hat. Would love to try my hand at this hat.
I used 18 chains as an adult and it is a good brim size imo
What is the brand of yarn you are using, please?
What is the size of this hat?? If we want to work small size than how many rows we have to do
She mentioned it was for a child and it says to increase by 4. so 68 rows for an adult should be good.
Do you have a written pattern for this cute hat ?
How do you end it
Hi, you say this is child size. But what age is it? I need aged 3-4 years. What height would I need to measure for the brim and then for the body please? Thanks
EASY!
Is there a written pattern for this hat?
What age is this child size hat?
For adult how many stitches
What am I doing wrong? When I put the single crochet stitches along the brim, the hat no longer stretches and is too small for anyone's head :(

Pues así que digas fácil, fácil... no
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚
