I do yoga and also wanted to do a bit of workouts and omg you're workouts are very intense sweating type and they actually work on me... I can't keep up with pace of yours but I always complete the workout fully.... I downloaded the 15mins HIIT 30min cardio (no jumping only standing) and the thigh workouts... I do little by little daily and OMG 👁️👄👁️it really helping me be fit... Loosing weight aside I wanted to be fit , not having health issues that's it! I do the one hour exercise from Emi Wong, I also do face slim exercises by Oop serve, the drinks I use is papaya smoothie with any milk (- whole milk), I also drink detox tea you can use any detox tea if you want and if you like it to be sweet you can add some honey in it the drinks are really effective, I also drink something else (don’t remember the name) but I know it mostly has celery For food you can’t eat after 6pm (heavy foods ), you can still eat gelatin after 6pm you can drink the tea night or day depends on you, I mostly eat fruits, Vegetables, I also eat meat with the vegetables like Fish or chicken or beef like a good balance If you want to eat dessert you can only eat one so if it’s Oreos eat only that for desert and the exercises I do are daily So I hope this helps ^^

I'm not sure if i'm squeezing my chest or not, i'm an A cup so it feels like i'm just rubbing my armpits into my arm than feeling my chest squeeze. is this okay? or am i doing something wrong?
Engage your muscles in your chest, it is not about boobs. Do the exercises with a full range of motion. If you don’t feel it use weights and look up other chest exercises too:)
I don’t think the exercise will decrease breast size but if you have small breast, the exercise might lift them to make them bigger! But I don’t thing the exercise decreases breast size. I hope my comment helped!
The only thing that will decrease breast size naturally is weight loss. So as long as you keep that in mind, then no, this won't decrease it if you eat enough to maintain your current weight. All it will do is lift the chest up because of the muscle increase ^^

Well push up and chest press would definitely work, but only if you do it with 30-45 degrees angle, so you don’t pump side parts of chest, but the upper part and muscles between breasts
