I hear you with the hit boxes! Growing up we just called it 'bad graphics'. Sometimes the bad graphics hurt you, but sometimes they help you too. I caused many laughs back in the day :D
I think it speaks volume that the games that copied Crash..tended to fail and banish into obscurity while the games that copied Mario tended to succeed and be remembered. Shows that Crash mainly sells because of brand recognition rather then the gameplay being something that audiences actually like beyond nostalgia.

Crash is my 2nd fav Naughty Dog series (behind Jak and Daxter), warped being my favorite in the whole series
Ooh! Can't wait to get through this one. I love Crash!
Same here. There's something about the Crash games that just gives them their own unique identity.
Loved Crash as a kid. I think Warped was probably my favorite. Keep it up NWG!
Ok glad to see i didn't just suck at crash games and that it was actually somewhat the games fault 😂
the trilogy was great.
Crash 1 - classic
Crash 2 - the best one
Crash 3 - my personal favorite
Great games.
DANG BRO CANT BE MORE RIGHT
@@nordicwarriorgaming4953he's got a point you know
Good vid bruv. You digress more than Taz though
Crash one had the best levels. Crash 2 the best story and atmosphere, crash 3 the best gameplay
Mario may have revolutionized open world games, but crash revolutionized linear playformers
True. There were so many Crash clones on PS1.

@@keeferkifflom360 I would play Crash over Mario any day personally. But that's just me.
