Absolute braindead "review".

My first playthrough on the Xbox360 was with me siding with the Stormcloaks and enjoying being given cool nicknames with each promotion. Though afterward after seeing so many videos showing Ulfric as an unknowing asset to the Thalmor I've sided with the Empire since then. Maybe I'll try another playthrough and join the Stormcloaks one more time now that I've watched the video. (Also not gonna lie the new anniversary armor you get when you finish the civil war for either side are pretty dope and while I do like the empire side's armor a bit more, the stormcloak armor is really nice and fitting for Skyrim).

I feel like the next game will see the start of the 4th empire of man created from the unification of the Nords, Imperials & redguards against the Aldmeri dominion. I feel like all the current divisions will end as well the empire is preparing for war with the dominion to begin with & I am certain that the Hammerfell & Skyrim governments would recognise that they are not winning on their own they may be able to push them off but in the end to defeat them they'd need a unified group to push into elswere & Valenwood before taking the domion control away unifying the content once more under an emperor maybe even a dragon born emperor.

Like other people, i still think Time to kill is better than Land of the Babes. But here's a few tips. Enemies shots can be dodged. When you lock on, just hold a strafe button and you'll avoid fire. It bugs me when i watch people play the PS1 games and they just stand still and take everything in the face. In Time to Kill, strafe walking won't work at closer ranges, so you need to move diagnally so duke can actually run, but it works. As for the "unresponsive" jumping. While moving near a ledge, hold jump. Duke will automatically jump when at the very edge.

I stopped playing it when an npc spawned out of nowhere in the middle of nowhere to accuse me of murdering a guy who was trying to rob me. Then after tieing that guy up another guy spawned. After an hour of trying to get the town to pay my bounty a guy with a horse came up onto the porch I was on, hit me with his horse then started shooting me. Then I was killed by police because I shot the guy who shot me first. F this game. the bounty system is broken, it's buggy, and the systems cheat you. On top of being boring and monotonous.

LOL you're way out of touch with gaming, the Nintendo Switch is the best selling console since the ps2. It wasn't bizarre to put the game on there seeing that the ps4 and xbox1 were stagnant for a very long time. I myself moved away from ps4 less than a year after it was released.

Mcu influence wasn't as bad in ua3 compared to lego marvel 2, avengers game, and marvel vs capcom infinite Ua3 was a better adaptation of jonathan hickmans infinity compared to infinity war/endgame

I enjoyed this game, as a fan of the first 2 and xmen legends, but i think this game made it too difficult and grindy to level up high enough to play the more difficult rifts

lol while I don’t agree with all your comments on the MCU and they made me a little sad (I love characters like Kamala Khan especially in the comics lol), it was nice to see a different perspective and I enjoy the video! I never played 3 but was obsessed with 2 as a child. It interestingly enough is my favorite of the first two despite its flaws. Nice video and keep up the good work!

I know you mentioned the milking of franchise but I still think there was a missed opportunity not making an Xmen legends 3 after or in between the MUA games

I see where you're coming from but I disagree. Jarl elisif does imply that she supports them, but have you ever thought she's lying to you? The whole plan the empire has is to play on the elves' arrogance. What's the best way to do that? Make them think they've won and strike when they are complacent. You never know who is listening in that situation. Freedom is worth fighting for, I agree with ulfric on that, but skyrim fighting on its own against the thalmor like hammerfell will only get more nords killed that don't need to be. A counter to that might be, nords are dying anyway, true but would they be if you stopped fighting back and stuck to the plan. Observe talos worship in secret, keep it to yourself and we bide our time. We want the thalmor fat and lazy, only makes it easier to kill them. Like general tullius says, there is another war coming. Beat them back decisively on a unified front. If they are complacent enough they can be pushed back to the Summerset isles. In my mind, the only difference between the storm cloaks and the imperials is timing and patience. One has it and one does not, I think that's pretty clear

Was It Worth The Wait? NO! bcuz it's not by the creators - raven software and it's not even canon it's like a soft reboot from what i heard and it's by the same team that makes dead or alive with all the microtransactions implemented into this game. IT'S GARBAGE!!!

I really enjoyed this game. I wish more people played it. I still play it from time to time. It has a really big roster and thats one of the things that i like about it. I believe this game deserves more love.

The MCU rant was cathartic. People always say stuff like "superhero fatigue" or "The MCU fell off after Endgame". But the reality is that the MCU was literally always bad and should've ended after the first Avengers movie.

Remakes like Yakuza Kiwami is definetly how remakes should be done. Not just add the graphics,but also adding a lot of new content that wasn't in original to make it feel fresh again. I don't usually care about remakes that much,but Sega did a good job with Kiwami 1 and 2

This should of been called a reboot and not a third installment. It has nothing that the first two had, and UA2 already didn’t give us answers to what galactus was gonna do

Elisif is interesting because at certain points she seems like this nice but no power and weak willed, puppet queen but she also has moments where you can see she has lots of ambition almost dangerously so. Dead High King Torygg is similar where it seems he was a good person but had a naïve belief that the empire could be what it once was and he wasn't ready to let go of that because the Nords created the empire. Unfortunately it's not the truth of it's actual state. This is supposedly why he didn't side with Ulfric at the moot years back and did not rebel himself according to Sybille.

I definitely agree with you. Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3 is modern game and it reminds me of the failure of Marvel versus Capcom infinite. Where are they focused on the MCU even though it's not the MCU but it's MCU like. And put some respect on Spider-Man Miles Morales he's not a self-insert like I can agree with Kamala Khan and spider-gwen because they are self inserts but not miles he is actually a good character I just wish everybody could just look past the fact that he's black. But my issues with this game is that it took what the first Marvel Ultimate Alliance did in expanded on it which is great but downgraded with the unlockable characters and making it really hard to level up in the game so like you're fighting these characters but have your roster can't even catch up because of the level cap. And then it's the same thing with like reviving the characters and they're easily getting taken out by these villains as well so it makes it kind of like what's the point and then like you said some of these characters are hidden behind challenges that once again the level cap is ridiculous which makes it really hard to unlock them or the challenges are bookoo crazy and you just like okay once again it's the same problem with Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 you restrict the game so much to the point where it's not fun to play like it should be I will say it's better than Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 but that's about it and then you hide other things behind DLC that doesn't make people want to play the game. But it just gets kind of tiring to see these Marvel games based off of the MCU because that was the issue with Marvel's avengers as well they put your favorite self-insert Kamala Khan in there and it's just like but why who asked for that you know what I'm saying. I don't know and then the lackluster costumes as well like the alternate costumes for the characters as well that was another issue it's okay it's a little bit more colorful than the original games but that's really about it honestly it just feels like this was a mandate because Marvel avengers endgame was coming out at the time and they wanted to hype on that.

It was cool at first, but its not something like gta where i can get on (yes after i beat the game) and roam around killing npcs, blowing up cars, buying new vehicles and exploding them, or restarting the story over and actually having fun. The game is almost boring and it pains me to say it. if it wasn’t for my love of hp, I would’ve went in on this game the day it came out. Also this game WISHES it was a good as rdr2 😂

i'll say this. i agree with you on the mcu being boring and the humor sucks. this game was made for nintendo. nintendo is not turning out these beautiful 4k solo experience games like xbox/ps do. it's supposed to be family friendly. which explains why they made it very similar to the mcu (see nick fury's changes) and why it has a more comic book style. i believe the game is still enjoyable and the gauntlet's made the game much more replayable to me than the other two. im confused about ur statement bringing up the dlc characters. the past 2 games both had dlc characters. one being nightcrawler except he is base in this game along with magento - there is going to be changes in roster. you gotta give and take. also you failed to mention how this has the LARGEST roster out of all 3 games (52!!!!) i mean in the first mua there was significantly less female characters and in the dlc only added men.... i think honestly you didn't play this game enough or fully to get a big grasp on it. at first i wasn't thrilled with it but i took it for what it is. made family friendly, mcu art style, and lots of replayablitity. also the iso8 are extremely important if u dont wanna suffer throughout the whole storyline. this is not a perfect game but also gaming is changing... not many people are buying puzzle games so they dumbed them down in this version for the switch and because no one rlly cares.

I'm not an MCU fan, but I don't understand how you by showing game's cover tries to make a point that "this is MCU game through and through", even tough it's classic Wolverine who's on the front. I get it there's Captain Marvel and Iron Man and Spider-Man, who previously was at the center of MUA covers. I just don't get it. And your rant about MCU reminded me about my distaste of MUA1's Ultimate versions of characters. I was primarily accustomed with Marvel's 60s-90's cartoons and games, so for me Captain America should always have protruding wings. And before playing MUA1 I've read some Ultimate comics and disliked them, so I had a lot of problems with which Marvel universe characters was presented in MUA1. At least we can change costumes for more classic looks in that game. Same goes with MUA3. I'm not a fan of MCU-isation of some of my favorites, but it's a lot of classics and new things as well. In terms of gameplay there's some getting used to as with any Team Ninja game really. Once you "get it" it keeps delivering every time. Sinergy moves is not complicated at all and are easy to pull off regardless if you play with AI or real people. Basic enemies and bosses have varied characteristics to make them standout, especially in trial missions. And about your point that every basic enemy is a reskin. You did play MUA1? You did see that Ultron bots, Doom bots, clowns, AIM soldiers etc. share exactly the same stances, moves and basic attacks? Even bosses. Even hero clones. Most enemies in MUA1 share this trait and only differ in special skills like AIM shoot you with pistols. Not all, of course, but about 85% are reskins. Same was with X-Men Legends, a lot of enemies shared the same animations. I agree that from MUA2 onward enemies should be more varied. At least in MUA3 there is gimmics to make enemies feel more unique. There is things that I'm not a big fan of. My most disliked change was health/energy orb system. They no longer automatically picked on distance, like in previous games. Special crates require certain skills to open them is okay as long, you have all heroes and if your hero died, you either need to restart from closes checkpoint or keep moving forward. ISO-8 management is horrible. Actuall ISO-8 is one of the most honest systems about RPG. It is literally a stat stick like in every single RPG. But at least there is less flavor for people to spend time collecting useless trash. and speaking about trash. Very limited costume options. But in general I like MUA3 somewhat more that MUA1. Yean, we don't have trivia quizes, mission disks, mission briefings, character banters, hubs, side mission. But now we have more cut-scenes for heroes, for action and especially for villains. Every villain have dedicated cut-scene to introduce them. Just compare Bullseye in MUA1 and Bullseye in MUA3. We still can talk with heroes during intermissions and character bios is a good alternative for learning even more about heroes. Actually almost every hero have cut-scene related to them. I remember Hulk didn't have any, but you know Hulk: "Hulk SMASH. Then Hulk SMASH. And then... Hulk SMASH!". For the rest I need entire paragraph to talk about. MUA1 is very good when you play by yourself. You can enjoy it at your own pace, you can read all dialogs, you can explore to your heart's content. But it can feel lonely. In my case when I've played with friends, they just wanted action, they was not interested reading stuff, they disliked playing with controllers, because only 4 powers was available. There was a lot of problems, if people you play don't share your views and style. What MUA3 lost in translation, it gained in fun factor. There's much more emphasis on action and team play. Like I pointer already, synergy moves are easier to pull off and it's important as some synergies give elemental properties to hero's weapons. There is more coordination to deplete stagger gauge, there is more tactics involved with bosses. MUA1 combat is good, but you will mostly spam stun combo and strongest skills without care. Maybe you had bad mood or maybe it's just your taste, but I honestly don't understand how you didn't "get" this game. I know, MCU was revolved around Infinity Stones. Infinity Stones saga was in Marvel games prior like Marvel Super Heroes. But MUA1 had Doctor Doom as a main villain, like Fantastic Four movie at the time, yeah? Silver Surfer and Galactus? F4 movie again. And Civil War was still popular during MUA2. Even X-Men Legends had beats from X-Men movies. Marvel is like a sponge. Whatever popular it can absorb, it will absorb every single molecule of it.

You put a lot of faith in the fact that hammerfell fend off the altmer, but one of the large reason why hammerfell won was cause the Altmer had so many of their high ranking commanders and fighting force killed in the battle for cyrodill weaking teh Altmer significantly, hammerfell againt full power Altmer stand no chance, and that goes for Skyrim as well.

I partially agree with you regarding the MCU. I like to analyze movies individually but as a series they are inconsistent in quality and overall most of them - specially the later ones made after Avengers: End Game - are quite forgettable. I also don't like the forced cringe humor either and many Marvel fans are ridiculous indeed, reminding me of team sports fans who don't accept criticism towards their teams or players. Thankfully, outside of a few moments on RUclips, I don't have any interaction in real life with any of them so they don't really bother me. Regarding the game, it was more influenced by the movies than the comics when compared to the two previous games. I expected the combat to be a lot more addictive considering it was developed by Team Ninja makers of the awesome Dead or Alive and modern Ninja Gaiden series. I enjoyed the graphical change using cell shading characters making them look more cartoony and the story was very much inspired by the comic's Infinity Gems. Overall I liked the game but did't love it. Thank you for the thorough review!
