Completely understandable. And no, it's not callous to continue posting without addressing this new conflict. I haven't said much about it either, because people don't dig in to find out the roots of this conflict beyond the terrorism aspect. Terrorism and bombings are horrible. All Palestinians are not terrorists. And the conflict between Israel and Palestine over land that both inhabit basically on top of each other as a result of worldwide decisions after World War 2 is complex. And more than a sound bite. So I say post what you'd like, pray for the innocent, and don't stop living your life and pursuing your personal goals, nor talking about them!
First, It's okay to not know what you want to post right now. But I will share my own approach during this time, to my creative work.
There is a line from a song by Sting, that I've believed since I was a teen, 'There's no such thing as a winnable war'. I gave myself 48 hours to really understand the behind the scenes mentality of this war, and stopped creating for that time.
Then I watched 'Black Earth Rising' on Netflix, to remind myself that world leaders are shit, in general, and every war has an unseen agenda.
Then I purposefully got back to creating for my work. Why? Because that's how I add to the energy of positivity so desperately needed right now across the planet.
Abraham Hicks has a line "You can't suffer enough personally, to stop the suffering of others". So while I'm fully compassionate to the innocent victims of this war, either there is a tangible action I can take to help, or I keep a steady prayer for the suffering to end... because that's the 'action' I can control.
Is it callous and unfeeling for you to upload right now, your answer is in your heart. But also consider that your content may just be a needed moment of positivity in someone's day. 🙏🏾😊

I have no idea what to do either. Like all the news about Israel, the killing, the bombing, and the history of why this happening in the first place is a lot of information to take in. So, i say give yourself grace especially in times like this( i am also trying to do so).
Apart of me feels guilty for not being knowledgeable about the situation and not being active in the conversations. But i honestly don't know much about the situation to speak about it with others. I'm afraid to say the wrong thing , so i thought about staying quiet for now and then going to educate myself about the situation. I believe that proper knowledge and understanding is vital in situations like this.
I applaud you for recognizing that you don’t have enough knowledge. I think it’s better to educate yourself than be active and wrong in conversations. The guilt belongs to those who actively suppress our ability to educate ourselves.
Being your authentic self is the way to go. Unfortunately, the world is literally full of wars the American people, in general, hear and see nothing about. This is not even new really, it's just an escalation in the ongoing conflict. If anyone wants to say you are callous or inconsiderate, they clearly don't watch all your content. I say post what you want and let people feel how they want to feel.
