Now the truth is coming out in this trial, Johnnys body guards will most likely be recalled as on last time to tell the truth, if they lie, then they will be charged.
Her acting coach testified "she has difficulty acting crying". Exactly like we saw when she was on the stand. lol
She also said she saw bruises on her arms from being grabbed, Johnny shouting and Amber trying to leave the room, Johnny being psychologically abusive towards her roles, him shouting on her when she is downstairs taking acting classes. It is interesting that you got only this from the whole testimony. All witnesses today testified Johnny was abusive, all witnesses today were the most credible witnesses. Her sister even being her sister , the cross took 10 min because they did not want her on a stand, she is just as honest as anyone can be. Other people don’t even have contact with Amber and their depositions were consistent. The makeup artist saw her before Corden interview and said she had to take her phone so she files for divorce. This case is over. There is no way any juror in sound mind would deny that she was being abused even if was agressive person and that statements Johnny’s lawyer made were true.

She claimed she saw no bruises and was confused when amber said, "can you believe I did this with 2 black eyes." All witness testified they never saw him physically abuse amber. But did see her hit him. Everyone gets in arguments and disagreements. There are more witness and photo prove for Johnny. Not all his witness are friends. they are employees, friend, business people. Its like giving your employer references just from friends and family and no professional reference out of your group friends. Her story has changed so much. she has told different stories on how johnny had his finger cut. etc.

Or just jaded individuals because Johnny stopped working with them. Or backstabbers because they previously testified against him in other cases despite being his "friend".

I love how the first woman testifying has the same energy as amber does through the whole trial. Bored, almost annoyed she’s there, arguing semantics, specific memories but blurry recollection, and then her voice softens and her face droops when anything “sad” is mentioned, only to snap back to normal when it’s moved on
She's definitely not a credible witness. You can tell she doesn't want to be there and you cam clearly tell when she is lying because her answer isn't as firm.
Yet the demeanor changed the next day when it was Amber's lawyers questioning. Tears,sadness, etc. So fake.

Did you listen to witness? Her friend jumped on the middle of the fight , putting herself between them , and jhonny push her too… what are you talking about ? Do you think jhonny would slap her in public????? And one more thing, do you really think if Amber wanted crucified jhonny she couldn’t installed hidden cameras everywhere in the PH ??? It would not happen if society taught people to set boundaries. Johnny is a co dependent from days being with his abusive Mom. Most Religions don't teach setting boundaries. When people set boundaries, narcissists will not mess with them.

So, let me get this straight; Amber had all these friends and family that (all of a sudden) knew she was being "abused", but they never said anything? They never protected her? Not once did I hear, "I begged her to leave him". Oh wait, because they didn't want her to, they were all too comfortable living there for free and taking advantage of Johnny.
Also, because it didn't happen, not a single person that truly cares for you will just let you be abused to the extent they are claiming she was.
And last, Amber reached out to Drew after so long because she wanted to make amends, she misses him and loves him? Ppffft.

It is possible that Heard's friends were drunks, using Depps money, Heard is fabricating, abused Depp....and still that Depp abused Heard. None of these propositions are mutually exclusive; it's the job of attorneys to create stories that simplify things to black and white binaries you all seem to swallow easily.

Like every time she is asked a question about any incident or time in the past, you can see her brain jump exactly to what moment she needs to talk about and exactly what detail to bring up. Like there is no time to even think or process, she just speaks…that’s not normal

When I was a nurse working in a psychiatric unit, there was a young woman who constantly said the male attendants were assaulting her. When she was off being tested, cameras were installed. We watched her pull her hair out by the root, scream “let me go!” But no one was in the room with her. We never could see how she did it but she regularly had black eyes.
So it is possible to do this to yourself especially when you have a plan to ruin someone because they fought back and left.
And she seems that much crazy to be honest. I watched all the trial till now,and I am only at the beginning of this video. And her girlfriend seems also that crazy. Acting of crying is bad as hell(if Amber was bad,this is desperate),and her boredom and arrogance is looking sooo narcissistic at the begining. And i don't even want to start to comment on Amber's behaviour and inconsistencies. I am really thinking or Amber did it herself, or her friend helped her.
Yes totally see that she has set Johnny up by doing these vile things to set the scene. She's in need of a paddle cell. I dare say shes likely to attempt more acts, or even suicide if she loses this case

As someone who suffered through a DV relationship, whenever he beat me, my friends would take me away and beg me not to go back. My family staged an intervention and got me out - NO ONE that sees a DVR "hopes they work it out and stay together". I hope these people fear every day the day that they are held accountable for the lies they have told.

I totally am happy for you that you had that support system. And I am not saying this to deny your experience at all in anyway because it's valid and you have an excellent point. But coming up from rural America, there's a small town mentality of "it's not our business" when it comes to spousal abuse. Just dropping it here so people know to be aware it is a thing in some places. If anything I guess we can all learn new stuff together over this woman's horseshit. LOL.

Amber definitely coached her sister so well before testifying. So much so that to the point of her turning to the jury for every question she answers just like her sister. Oath doesn’t mean shit to these people. Amber, her family, and her friend just care about the money.

There was a great point when her sister were testifying that even though she thinks JD had physically abused her sister, she still wanted them to be together. For whoever is in domestic violence, I don’t think anyone should be remain in that relationship, nor their relatives would encourage them to.

The one thing that makes me not believe her is, if she were actually being as violently abused as she claims, choked, punched, kicked, hair pulled out, nose broken and raped with a bottle. Why would she call him a wuss and be so demeaning of him for always running away when a fight got heated, it angered her that he was always the one trying to escape her, she would chase after him demanding he stay and fight with her. What person being so severely beaten would chase after their abuser demanding they stay and continue the fight? Any real victim of such severe abuse would be praying for the attack to stop, not chasing after their abuser egging them on, begging for the fight to continue. That's insane! Anyone being abused like that would not be taking pictures of their abuser asleep, or hair laying on the floor or broken glass, they would take a picture of the bald, bloody spot on their head, their swollen nose, the marks on their neck, and they would seek medical care for severe injuries. It's all too crazy to be believable !

Sister actually didn't defend Amber. She seemed honest and says she saw nothing except the stairwell where she says Johnny hit her so Amber stepped in to defend her and hit back at Johnny. I find this hard to believe that Johnny would attack her sister for no motive. Makes absolutely no sense.

So Johnny had all official ppl testify (police, security, non friends etc) and we're not meant to believe them, yet we're supposed to believe all her friends who have literally survived off 'her' money...right...ok.... It's really not surprising all her witnesses are using the Exact same language and quotes that Amber used, like a script, yet Johnny's all used their own words and interpretation.

@@johnnyjack4079 Yeah the only non partial witnesses are the police but they became discredited when they said they didn't think her red face was injury probably bc if they did they'd be held accountable for not thoroughly doing their jobs on the night of the incident. Other than that we have Johnny's texts saying he wanted to kill Amber f___ her corpse. Then the texts that didn't make sense so he definitely was using drugs. Video of him showing violance towards items, pictures of violance towards items. Pictures of Ambers face. Amber was entitled to 30 plus million per year in a divorce in California. She took 7 and pledged it to charity. Then johnny starting pledging money to harass her. That's revealing. Then he sued. She moved on had a kid and he is still harassing her. I hope they both get help, I think there's no defamation here. Waste of tax payers money though.
I stood on glass once. Required crutches afterward for about 6 months because they couldn't get all of the glass out. Had two surgeries under local anaesthetic, but after the wound healed, it was obvious there was still glass inside. A third surgery where I was completely under finally allowed them to dig and find the tiny piece of glass still there.
From all the surgeries, I lost some flesh in the area. There is still a visible scar and a tender spot.
That was from stepping on glass ONCE.

I’ve also stepped on glass, and nearly cut off my toe in doing so. I also had to receive several surgeries to repair tendons and nerves afterwards. The weight of a person’s body alone would severe damage if stepping on glass, and the cuts are never straight lines. They’re jagged and at different depths, whether they’re little bits of glass or large shards.
Ambers cuts on her arm were self inflicted. If she was dragged across glass like that they would never be uniform and neat like that.
Dude, I stepped on a razor in the shower and couldn't walk on my foot all that great for like 2 weeks. Now imagine glass shards??? 🥴

i stepped on the tiniest shard of glass once when i was 17 yo. the shard didnt come out until over 10 years later. had an EMT dig around for it and couldnt find it, so it was deemed that it came out on its own and left to heal.. it never healed right and would always hurt, and only 10 years later my body pushed it out on its own. this was one shard, smaller than a matchstick head

What's crazy is California law is that the victim doesn't have to cooperate with police in domestic violence situations. If there is evidence of domestic violence, the DA (district attorney) Will pick up the case. The domestic violence person doesn't have that freedom of saying no. I don't want to press charges so she's lying. If the police seen anything that was remotely domestic violence they would have picked him up

FACTS! it is this way in most states now..including Oklahoma.
Not necessarily, in California police can be called to a domestic disturbance and they see the victim is physically harmed/injured they will arrest the suspect. The prosecutor will bring forth charges and if the victim chooses not to press charges the prosecutor can still subpoena the victim as a witness. Charges and restraining orders are still given based on the physical evidence. An ex-boyfriend of mine was a cop and was called to a domestic disturbance. She refused to press charges and she didn’t want medical assistance when they called for the paramedics. The only reason they were able to give her medical help was she past out on the sidewalk when they were questioning her from blood loss and head injury. When my ex showed up at the hospital to get some more info from her the emergency room doctor and nurses were very familiar with her. The said she would come in all the time with these crazy stories about how she got hurt. They knew the entire time she was being beaten and one nurse told my ex if he didn’t get charges brought again him she was going to end up dead. They arrested him and his mom bailed him out the next morning. The victim wrote the prosecutor and judge letters begging to drop the charges. She was subpoenaed and would not show up so the judge sent a sheriff to their residence to pick her up. When she had to testify the victim still had a cast on her broken arm 6 months later from when he dragged her out of her car and back into the house because she was trying to get away. Multiple neighbors called because they were tired of her getting beaten up and in court they testified to him beating on her weekly. One neighbor brought in pictures of blood stains in the driveway from when he picked up a potted plant from the doorstep and threw it at the back of her head.
This is different because its a civil cause not a criminal case.
@@Okie_Angel…and South Carolina, I’m pretty certain. I called the police on my ex husband ONCE out of all the physical abuse that I relentlessly suffered during 13 years of marriage. He’d slammed my head down on our tile kitchen counter and it resulted in splitting the back of my head open. Just calling the police scared the s**t out of him; however, the officers asked me if I wanted to press charges. In the end, I chose not to, in the HOPES that b/c he FINALLY knew I had FINALLY become unafraid of calling the law on him. Eventually, he circled back around to the physical abuse and I FINALLY got out of the marriage but with all of that set aside…the officers told him that if they received one more call to our residence and if I had so much as a scratch, they would personally press charges against him. DV is NOT taken lightly ANY MORE!! JD isn’t perfect but AH is a LIAR and a COLD HEARTED SNAKE! Hopefully, this will teach JD a lesson, from here on out, to think with his head and not with his d**k…he got more from that young piece of meat than he bargained for and unfortunately to his detriment (sorry…I’m not a krass person but that’s the only way to frankly word it)

Abusers don't make rational decisions.
That's not a logical defense if that's what you're trying to do. Abusers do not abuse in front of people....that's common fuckin knowledge. And as a person who has a foundation for DV victims I have women who have come in who were abused for YEARS and I mean YEARS without anyone knowing. With exception to the few people they may have told or had some kind of assumption but never asked or said anything. That's the point of abuse. It's a secret! And to be clear most women of abuse go back over and over again because they then associate love with pain. AND many women become violent themselves closer to the end of the relationship. It's not that uncommon. But this statement is clear ignorance. And he did in fact isolate her, him letting people move in is actually a classic move if he is in fact an abuse. A. Because they didn't live in the penthouse on a regular basis so no you're actually wrong she would not be running to anyone. They live in the house most of the time they both confirmed that. B.its a tactic to appear like a great guy who helps anyone in need and oh my gosh she doesn't even have to ask cause I love her and I'll do anything for her. C. It creates a narrative for him that all hes ever done is to help her which was apparent when he tried to take credit for her career. Abuse is silent.
@@ashleycurry8112 I’m a dv survivor as is my mother. I watched my mother be abused for years physically by a drunk and then after i swore i would never end up and accept the things my mother did i ended up in a similar relationship just different circumstances.
I know other victims of abuse and i think i have a firm grip on the different types of abusers and victims, and i can tell you right now in my opinion they both were mutually abusive both aggressors at times and both reactive at times. Your comment seems to suggest that one of them initiated then the other became so fed up that eventually they at times became the aggressor. I believe it was equally mutual from the start.

She didn't. Her and amber aren't friends, that being said I feel like she was very honest. Annoyed and forgetful, sure. But these events were years ago now and she didn't seem to remember that well but was doing the best she could given the circumstances.

I agree 100 percent. I don’t abuse anyone but my ex taunted me like this and I would slam cabinets etc because I never hit him. I had to let it out somehow.

He basically ruined all of my friendships and I could barely talk to my small family. I had to always be at home taking care of our kids and cleaning the house. Amber is so prolific in recording everything on her phone and she claims she was beaten so many times by Johnny that somehow she never once recorded him in the act. No audio recording and no video. In fact the only time she tried to bait him while secretly recording he only slammed some cupboards then walked away while she was laughing and smug. Any hubby catching the wifey secretly recording him while gaslighting him would have exploded and beaten the wifey black and blue. But Johnny didn't do that and just walked away while Amber was smug. Very true.. I knew a person just like Amber. She would tell her boyfriend that she was at my home when actually, she was having an affair with an ex-con in hotel rooms. Then she started having items purchased and shipped to my address instead of her own address. During this whole charade, she started junior college but whenever I spoke to about her class or classes she didn't want to hear anything I had to say speaking to me in a ruthless tone and I graduated with a 3.67 GPA out of a 4.0. We had spoken many times about the affair and I had told her that a scene like that could only cause more problems for her. The last time we ever spoke was when she stated she had just come from the hotel again with her affair. I closed that chapter like a book and never opened it again as well as not accepting her calls. I never knew who she was from one moment to the next which scared me to death. I will never forget the Christmas present I gave her and during Christmas, she handed me the same present but a cheaper version; only a description not anything really about the cost. What I saw was she was turning into me; emulating me. I think they have movies about this type of personality as well where someone gets killed. She was on meds for this personality disorder but it didn't help one bit. She had often spoke about other friends who no longer was her friends and now, I know why. It's really scary to which them operate and interact with others around and in private. So much more to this story but it would be a waste to say anymore.

But I have been in an IVP Relationship and near the end of the relationship, the DV starts to happen everyday and it starts to become overly tiring. But what I am getting at, is that the abuser starts to make the victim believe that everything they get they deserve, and that it is all the victims fault. The famous last words of an abuser are "you made me do it, it's your fault". Then they make the victim look at themselves as if they are the one with the problem and they need to get help. But it's not until you leave that person that you realise, you wasn't living normally and you can then start being yourself again and you finally remember what you were like before you met that abuser. Dude I thought that , I wondered if anyone else thought about that and it’s all so…constructed, I can’t help but think at one point in the not too distant past that perhaps they all gathered in person to discuss how to divert from question at hand, different answers to their potential questions, a multiple choice for a very vague question monopoly if you will. As well as the time taken to actually get their words out opposed to someone who you can OBVIOUSLY tell are being 100% honest they’re straight to the point without rambling.
As well as the constant eye darting / scanning to bide seconds to make sure their answer is somewhat coherent and fluid.

During her sister's testimony it felt so odd the way Amber constantly looked at the camera - directly into the camera- or to the gallery, she didn't look at her sister hardly at all. I also was taken by her NEW hair color on the day her sister took the stand. Dr Curry nailed Amber's psychological profile in my opinion.

Before this trial, I didn’t even know who Amber Heard was, and I had never watched a movie with Johnny Depp in it, so I was neutral when I first heard about this case. Even so, it’s still so obvious that Amber was the abusive one in their relationship. You are right that none of us were there, therefore we can’t assume what happened in the relationship, but that’s what evidence is for. And based on the current evidence that’s been shown, testimonies, witnesses, etc, the amount of evidence showing Johnny as innocent and Amber as guilty (though this trial isn’t about innocent or guilty) is substantial. Her lies are piling up to the point where she’s contradicting herself constantly, even contradicting her lawyers or witnesses and making them out to be liars which only makes her case worse. I don’t know whether it’s laughable or just pathetic at this point. I also think it’s reasonable for people to hate her at this point, she’s only making people with a serious condition like BPD look terrible whilst also contributing to the stigma of DV victims, or other victims of abuse, being liars, which can discredit victims. (Though I doubt the latter will have much impact, most people can see through the bs she’s spewing)

Watching these trials reminds me of a female coworker I used to have.... It's odd how many flashbacks I have while watching. She was addicted to opiates, and I met her after she allegedly "injured" her wrist and was trying to file for Work comp and gain access to pain meds. They ended up offering her a job opportunity in my new department instead somehow. She was a scary person and I've never met anyone like her... not on her level. I ended up leaving the department I was in because of the hostile work environment she created... and she always had an excuse for everything. She could do no wrong... and if you ever crossed her, she'd find sly ways to make everyone miserable. I don't understand how people like this climb or succeed, but they're out there. She left me doubting myself often, and I'm glad to be out of her orbit because they build on lies and those lies become reality for everyone in proximity to them... it's such a disease to be anywhere near them. It leaves you exhausted, it breaks you down... it's just ugliness always unless they're happy. I invited her over for dinner early on and noticed her looking at pills in my kitchen. I left an allergy pill on the counter and I remember being confused by her as she accused me of having a prescription pill problem in a not so subtle way.... and I didn't understand until later that she was projecting. She had a problem and she was hoping I had some pills.... or hoping to take some of the shame off of herself? I'll never know. I actually felt shame that she thought I'd do a thing like that... and I don't miss that feeling. she turned my entire department against me over time until I eventually had no one. I was isolated and cut off.

Her first ex guy friend says he still deeply cares about Johnny. Who says that about someone who supposedly repeatedly raped and physically assaulted one of their closes friends? Her ex female friend said she did cocaine too yet Amber said she never did after 18, and she said she hit her on the face once after a petty argument about plates. Then the biggest one is Amber claimed Johnny grabbed the girls wrist at the camp fire but Rocky said that didn't happen. Once again, showing Amber lies and embellishes her stories. Whatever truth could be there is lost under all her lies.
Then there is a video showing Whitney after she was hit by Amber and the women around her are laughing about it and Whitney is noticeably upset and doesn't want to talk about it. Her sister says she was hit by him and saw Amber get hit and yet she still hung out with him after that? No one does that. She also said she was hardly ever sober and claimed Amber is very honest. Wow. All her friends claim Amber was being raped and physically abused and that they were afraid of him sometimes, yet they kept living in his penthouses and going on trips with him. Sure, okay. They're either lying (yes) or they are the worst friends/sister in the world to keep living in the home of their friend's/sister's abuser. They all keep mentioning his drug use yet they all also did drugs all together all the time. I suppose they were all saints when high off drugs all the time?
The friend with dark hair said Amber looked like she was swollen from crying, but then suddenly changed it like she caught herself and said it was like she was hit. Also, you don't swell that fast.
All her friends are calling the cops liars who said they walked around and saw nothing at all. That's just ridiculous.
No make up can cover the things she claims. A make-up artist who did her make-up one of the days she claims she was assaulted wrote that she didn't see any of the extreme bruises Amber claimed. This make up artist says she had some bruises on her eye for the James Cordan show but that's the day Amber now claims the day before she recieved a broken nose, broken rib and had been punched repeatedly. People keep forgetting that. Are all these people for real? Like for real? She went on a live show the day after her nose was broken, rib was broken and face beaten Like Rhianna's. And never went to a doctor for any of them. Just wow. Are peoples brain cells all dead?
Her own witnesses. That doesn't look good at all. All her witnesses so far have been hearsay and just word of mouth but none of her evidence ever reflects the intense abuse she claims. She never looked like Rhianna after she had been assaulted in the wyss he describes. Her stories are too out of control. Broken nose, ribs and face beaten to a bloody pulp but goes to a show the next day. No one is stupid enough to believe this mess. The amount of lies and inconsistencies on Amber's side is insane. A toxic relationship doesn't equal rape and physical assault. I sure hope the jury have critical thinking skills.

Personally I think her friends are telling the truth, and Amber embellished the actual abuse beyond recognition to make it way worse than It actually was. I think she was abused (and that she abused him too) but making up at that rape is unforgivable (I guess we can't be *sure* she made it up, but it seemed pretty fabricated.)
If you watch Johnny at the beginning when sis takes the stand you can see he is looking at her warmly and almost smiling. Then the second she opens her mouth and starts bashing Johnny you can see him instantly look defeated and lower his head. It’s like he was holding out hope that she would tell the truth. Amber no doubt paid her off. Her story seems extremely rehearsed/scripted.
And then he proceeds to put his glasses back on and look down the entire time and refuse to look at her just like he does with Amber. So sad.

Matter of fact, the stress hormones released during traumatic events, especially if they are drawn out or constant, damages a part of the brain that is responsible for memory. This happens a lot with PTSD as well. You remember pieces, you completely forget some scenarios and in some cases they are burned into your memory.
