I think that she never believed will be sued by JD. In the UK trial, the judge was obviously on her side. A lot of JD lawyers attempts to prove that she is a liar, lunatic, vicious, evil woman, but were not allowed then they decide that she is telling the truth based on her says to the shrink!

Here are some quick facts about Amber that we know that are proven:
1) He wasn't the only alcoholic and drug abuser. She drank 2 bottles of wine a day, took drugs as well by her own admission.
2) Caught lying about using the makeup that didn't exist back then to "cover her bruises" frequently, which was refuted by the makeup company in court.
3) Past domestic violence arrest against her ex, literally charged and arrested. Plus admitted to domestic violence against Johnny. Plus suspicion of domestic violence against her own sister (her sister was discussing it with her friends by the poolside in a video clip), and assaulted her ex-best friend in public. In contrast Johnny has no history of being violent towards women, every single one of his ex gfs and spouses all speak highly of him, and has said he's never laid hands on them.
4) Audio recording of her admitting to cutting his finger in Australia (not allowed in this trial due to technicalities), proving again that her testimony was a lie. (one of the voices on the tape is now deceased and can't testify)
5) Her psychologist lied about Amber having no domestic violence history and was called out by Johnny's attorney.
6) Has NO witnesses or evidence (all conveniently random strangers that she doesn't know or deceased people like the bodyguard)
7) Her longtime assistant testified under oath that she did not once see or hear any physical abuse from Depp or ever saw any injuries on Heard in all the years. She also testified under oath that Heard spit ON her face when she asked for a raise
8) She visits Dr Kipper's office the day after an alleged incident where she was severely beaten, the doctor's medical report states her in perfect health, with no injuries of any kind on her, also state her skin was in perfect condition. Her explanation was "this was a partial report and I didn't have time to get into the details with the doctor about the injuries". (Day 16 of trial cross examination)
9) Allegedly got her nose broken, hit multiple times, her scalp and hair ripped off, penetrated by a bottle, dragged over broken glass and got her arms and legs "pretty cut up", then somehow felt safe enough to take sleeping pills with her "attacker" in the same house, woke up the next day and made him coffee, then went to James Corden's show miraculously healed. No marks, no scars, no pictures, no medical report . Hair stylist saw no signs of abuse, the hair stylist would've been inches away from her face looking at all the details while working on her appearance, and she saw 0 injuries. Multiple witnesses (including 3 cops) saw no signs of abuse.
10) Allegedly got raped and assaulted multiple times on her honeymoon, then wrote Johnny a love letter saying "it was the most amazing and beautiful honeymoon any girl could've ever dreamed of". (evidence presented in Day 18 of trial)
11) Claimed she wanted to leave Johnny, but in all the audio clips she was the one begging him to stay. Claimed she always tried to de-escalate, but in audio clips she was always the aggressor preventing him from leaving and taunting him .
12) In all her "crying", there's never a single tear coming out of her eyes, even when reciting the most "traumatic experience".
13) Allegedly feared for her life but bought him a large knife.
14) Testified under oath that she was beaten by Johnny with huge chunky rings on all his fingers, said she was "hit so many times in the face over and over again she lost count". The photos taken the next day shows her face completely spotless without any injuries, when cross examined, she answers "there do not appear to be any injuries on my face in that photo".
15) Caught lying under oath again saying she "didn't receive money" from Johnny when she got $7 million, and lying about "never assaulted" Johnny when she admits to it on tape.
16) Proven once again as a liar when she made public statement of donating 7 million dollars for children's hospital but in reality donated exactly 0 dollars before she was called out, also caught lying under oath about donating the money. Her sworn statement was "I donated the entire settlement of $7 million to charity", when cross examined, she states "I did not lie, I pledged the $7 million, "pledged" and "donated" are synonymous, they mean the same thing." (Day 16 of trial cross examination)
17) Blackmailing Depp with her attorney, trying to make a deal for 3 of the adjoining penthouses where they both lived, 50k monthly expenses, 500k in attorney fees and the SUV Depp let her drive in exchange for not filing the protection order.
18) Her publishing of the op-ed "domestic violence" piece is timed perfectly with the release of Aquaman film, it didn't get published when they divorced, or before, or right after, but instead it was published right when Aquaman was being released and when the "Me Too" movement was grabbing the most headlines.
19) Amber Heard's team desperately tried to stop the trial from being publicly broadcasted while Depp's team made sure it was made public
20) Long time friend and co worker of Amber Heard telling about her hardcore cocaine and drug habit dating all the way back to 2008 when they were close associates, (youtube show called "Steven and Jason" and in the newest episode titled "We need to talk about AH").
21) Amber testified about having injuries such as “gross colored puss coming out of her temple” and “suffering a broken nose”, but when cross examined she changes the lines to “gross colored puss UNDER HER SCALP” and “FELT like a broken nose”, because she knew the evidence is about to show ZERO injuries visible on her. (How does she see gross colored puss under her scalp? With an X-ray machine??)
22) Allegedly got beaten up for FIVE YEARS and not a SINGLE injury shown on her face, no doctor visits, no dentists, no surgeons, no photos, despite countless appearances in public events and countless photos taken given her celebrity status, many of those public appearances were the night after "the beating", keep in mind the beating were all allegedly done by Depp with "huge chunky" rings on all his fingers, yet after five years of beating, she didn't need to visit the doctors once or show on sign of injury on her face, sounds like her facial bone density and durability of her skin can match that of armor platings.
23) Alleges Johnny slashed the soles of her feet, but was seen the next day walking completely normal, again no doctor visits or treatments of any kind even though she has a personal doctor on retainer.
24) Constantly changing details of her stories and allegations, she's already given 4 different versions of the poop incident, she has said "1: told security guard that she pooped and it was a practical joke gone wrong. 2: Johnny did it to frame her. 3: said it never happened and Johnny was gaslighting her. 4: said the tiny puppies did it."
25) Her lying under oath is not even worth mentioning anymore, there is too many to list, just to list a few in this trial alone. Lying about not receiving any money from Johnny, when in fact she received $7 million. Lying about having donated the money, when in fact she has donated $0 so far. Lying about never assaulted Johnny, when in fact she was recorded admitting to it multiple times. Lying about never assaulted anyone before, when in fact she's assaulted at least 4 that we have evidence of. Lying about her injuries, when a medical record showed absolutely no injuries.
26) She put someone through hell for years, publicly shamed and destroyed his career and life, just so she can be seen as a noble victim and use the attention and sympathy to advance her career and profile. She claims she's never wanted to be seen as a victim and wanted to move on, but appears in countless TV shows and articles talking about her "abuse" and "donation" non stop, literally appeared on every show she could to talk about her being a victim and being noble on the donation that never happened.
27) Amber's own friend, Tillet Wright, a long time close friend with Amber Heard, testified under oath that he's never seen or heard Amber being abused by Johnny Depp.

Love how with Amber’s lawyers they can’t seem to word anything correctly in a way that can’t be objected to as hearsay/leading/or relevance. Meanwhile Johnny’s lawyers are incredible and so thorough that not much can be objected to. Love judge Penny for being very fair in this case and knowing how to make sure both sides have the same opportunity.
Also, the fact that Heard’s lawyers tried to object and judge said nope. Priceless. Love that Johnny’s lawyers have their sh*t together unlike Amber’s. Love how calculated the questions are from Depp’s team in order to get answers without constant objections. Definitely moved things along.

They care about showing her as the liar she is. If YOU know there is so much evidence against her, then they have done their job. If YOU don't believe her lies, then they have done their job. If YOU think they need to go after her harder, then they have done their job. This lawsuit is about getting people to see Johnny's side and let her dig herself into holes they know she can't climb out of. Besides that, Camille did a pretty good job at pointing out and pressing many things in my opinion. You're free to criticise her, of course. But again, the fact that you seem to think there is a mountain of evidence against AH, and that the lawyers need to go harder against her, means that Johnny got exactly what he wanted.
As an RN, she lost me (even more so) when she said the nurses’ notes weren’t correct and that the nurse never did a client history upon first taking care of her. Lies, there’s no reason for the nurse to lie, nor would a nurse not do a pt history questionnaire or something similar upon first taking care of a patient. That’s normal protocol. 😳

So true I am a nurse who has been a victim of domestic abuse. As a nurse we always take a complete account of the patients appearance. The reason is the very thing she is saying happened we look for signs of abuse! She had none! I can tell you there is no makeup that can cover a busted face, nose or mouth. As a nurse that’s what we are trained to look for always in all genders and age!

To play devil's advocate; that's just wrong. My experience with the medical field has been extensive and plenty of them have very obviously missed plenty of physical evidence to different conditions, etc. Granted, I seriously doubt massive bruising would go undocumented, but still.

I have no doubt her lawyers told her to look at the jury, but, she’s just a horrible actress, so it looks pitiful. As someone who has a loved one who is an alcoholic I will say this - how she describes his alcoholism is the truth in my opinion.
BUT you can see the clear difference in how she tells her story about his alcoholism and the apparent physical abuse.
She is lying about the physical abuse and that is so clear when you compare the two types of story telling.

@Leah his talent agent said that his behavior on set (being late, not showing up etc) caused by alcohol&drugs started being problematic and continued for the last 10 years they were working together. She stopped working with him 4 or 5 years ago (so problems started interfering with his work around 2005). Agent, his business manager and his ex also said he had anger issues. His former best friend of 40 years, his ex and smbdy else mentioned his problematic jealousy. All of aforementioned issues started before he got together with AH

She pledged all her money she won away to virtue signal ( which she procrastinated) and wouldn’t have Johnny depp’s influence to help get her jobs. I once broke my nose and got two black eyes from it. You can HEAR a nose breaking. There is no question as to whether it does or doesn’t break; you KNOW if it did or not. Even with ice, the swelling didn’t go down for over a week and the bruising was visible for longer. There is no way that her nose looked so good the day after. And the “pictures” of her bruises? Please, it looks like lipstick on her lip and like she needs to sleep for a week. Not like she has a split lip and two black eyes.

This broken nose GUSHED blood, was made crooked and the septum broken. Both eyes were bruised purple and red, the swelling was incredible…no ice, no steak brought that swelling down. Surgery was necessary. She lies.

Getting hard to keep up with Amber's stories:
1) Johnny wasn't the only alcoholic and drug abuser. Amber drank 2 bottles of wine a day, and took plenty of drugs as well by her own admission.
2) Amber caught lying about using a specific line of Milani makeup that didn't exist back then to cover her bruises frequently, which was refuted by the company itself. She then backtracks and claimed it wasn't the exact brand she used.
3) Amber caught lying again about never playing a guitar, when there is video footage of her doing so. She then backtracks and says she was just posing with it.
4) Amber is currently being investigated for perjury in Australia (for trying to make her assistant take the blame for smuggling dogs).
5) Their marriage counsellor testified that Amber was abusive in the relationship.
6) Amber has past DV arrest against her ex, admitted to DV against Johnny, suspicion of DV against her own sister (her sister was discussing it with her friends by the poolside in a video clip), and assaulted her ex-best friend in public. In contrast, Johnny has no history of being violent towards women, and his ex-spouses all speak highly of him.
7) Audio recording of Amber admitting to cutting Johnny's finger in Australia (not allowed in this trial due to technicalities), proving again that her testimony was a lie.
8) Amber's "expert" witness Dawn Hughes:
A) Read extensively off her notes but had perfect recollection about all the "abuse" incidents
B) Lied about Amber having no DV history and was caught out by Johnny's lawyer.
C) Only used male pronouns for abusers and female pronouns for victims.
D) Appeared very personally invested in the case while strongly pushing the agenda that Johnny was the abuser (As opposed to Dr Curry, who just gave her diagnosis of Amber).
E) Lists on her website that she testifies in court for a fee.
F) Rolled her eyes when she was objected, and displayed unprofessional body language.
G) Passed off her claims as fact although her entire testimony was based on what Amber told her, and not her actually being there (she also never met Johnny before).
9) Amber has NO witnesses (all conveniently random strangers that she doesn't know or deceased people like the bodyguard).
10) DV lawyers analyzing the case said Amber's broken nose is fake and doesn't look like any of the countless injuries they've seen, and it's impossible to cover the swelling and bruising with makeup. Her "busted lip" also looks like she bit it, instead of being split open like it should be.
11) Multiple body language experts, including one that formerly worked with the FBI and CIA, say that Amber shows multiple signs of deception.
12) Amber allegedly got hit multiple times, her scalp and hair ripped off, penetrated by a bottle, dragged over broken glass and got her arms and legs "pretty cut up", then somehow felt safe enough to take sleeping pills with her "attacker" in the same house, and woke up the next day and made him coffee. The other people in the audio recording the next morning did not mention, or appear concerned, about her alleged horrific injuries. Amber also allegedly got her nose broken and hit multiple times (hard enough to damage a bed), then went to James Corden's show the next day miraculously healed. Hair stylist and makeup people saw no signs of abuse. No marks, no scars, no pictures, no medical reports in both cases.
13) Amber claimed that she was beaten unconscious, but also claims that she iced her injuries overnight.
14) Amber also claimed that she was choked unconscious and woke up the next morning. When you get choked unconscious, you wake up after the pressure is released and blood flow is restored to your brain.
15) Amber claimed that she refused to speak to the cops because she wanted to protect Johnny, but later went on to release the op-ed.
16) Amber's evidence includes photos of bananas on the floor, wine spills, unbroken picture frames on the floor, and neatly stacked paintings on the bed that Johnny allegedly hurled. TLDR: Her house is messy.
17) Amber showed photos of her alleged glass scars, but they are in a neat row and resemble self-harm scars instead.
18) Amber claimed that she did not know if it was a bottle or a hand inside her. A bottle is hard and cold, and feels very different from a hand, unless she has the grand canyon between her legs and couldn't feel anything. However, she said multiple times that she felt pressure against her pelvic bone.
19) Amber claimed that she "did not need to see the doctor at that time", despite allegedly being hit by Johnny multiple times wearing chunky rings
20) Amber had no marks on her back in multiple photos in a backless dress after Johnny allegedly held her down by kneeling on her back
21) Amber has many photos of johnny sleeping, but no photos of him with cocaine
22) Amber claimed she bled from her vagina after bottle rape, but has no medical proof
23) Amber has photos posing with her mouth wide open, despite saying her split lip bleeds whenever she moves it
24) Amber's physical examination report with Dr Kipper did not document any physical injuries whatsoever
25) Multiple witnesses (including 3 cops) saw no signs of abuse.
26) Amber claimed she wanted to leave Johnny, but in all the audio clips she was the one begging him to stay. She even violated her own restraining order to meet him.
27) Amber claimed she always tried to de-escalate, but in audio clips she was always the aggressor preventing Johnny from leaving and taunting him. Her exact words: "You run away every single fight." Sure sounds like what an abuser does. She also acted afraid of Johnny in court and backed away from him, contrary to her prior behaviour.
28) Amber allegedly feared for her life, but bought Johnny a large knife.
29) Amber allegedly hated Johnny's drinking problem and wanted to help him quit, but drank in front of him all the time. She also poured him a glass of wine daily.
30) Amber was completely different in her 2016 deposition, where she was cold, arrogant and smirking.
31) Amber has been adding to her story. Some details she added that were was never in her original UK testimony (7 written statements and 1 live testimony):
A) Johnny buying Amber a horse during courtship
B) Johnny lifting Amber's skirt with his boot, and pushing her down on the bed and saying "Yum"
C) Johnny buying gifts and trying to fit in with Amber's family
D) Johnny slapping Amber over her non-English speaking friend and getting her blood on the wall
32) Amber publicly lied that she had already donated her divorce money to a children's hospital (and the ACLU, but nobody cares about them because they're co-conspirators with her). On the other hand, Johnny donated $100k.
33) Amber pooped on the bed of a person that allegedly made her "fear for her life", blamed the pet, but later admitted it was a practical joke. There is a picture of the turd and it is huge, and looks unlikely to have come from a small dog.
34) There are further inconsistencies in Ambers Virginia and UK testimonies:
A) Amber said that she lost balance after the second slap (Virginia hearing)/ after the third slap (15 Dec 2019 testimony)
B) Amber said that when Johnny hit her the third time it did not even hurt (Virginia hearing)/ it felt like her eye popped out (15 Dec 2019 testimony)
35) Amber claimed she did not want money, but demanded 14 million tax free or threatened Johnny with abuse claims. Her friends also lived at Johnny's penthouses rent free.
36) Amber claimed she had already donated the full sum to the children's hospital and ACLU, then claimed she had pledged it but could not afford to donate because Johnny had sued her, despite having had the 7 million for 13 months before being sued.
37) In the UK trial that Johnny lost, the judge had a family member working in the Sun, there was no jury, Amber was taken at her word and not cross-examined, and key witnesses and evidence that would have helped Johnny was not allowed t0 be presented (eg. cops).
38) Amber includes a lot of redundant but intricate details, which is a technique liars employ to make their accounts seem more believable. Eg. the "beautiful parquet flooring".
39) Amber claimed Johnny abused her because he called her "Officer Square Head".
40) Amber claimed Johnny was jealous and controlling of her roles and attire, but was photographed in revealing outfits including see-through tops without underwear underneath.
41) Amber accused Johnny of cheating, but was caught on camera bringing James Franco and Elon Musk home at night while Johnny was away (also verified by the doorman). Her psychologist witness Dawn Hughes labelled them as intimate relations.
42) Amber violated the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) after the marriage, discussed privately with the ACLU (who she also lied and promised to donate to, but did not, which is karma) about how to phrase the op-ed to skirt around the NDA, while very clearly indicating the article was referring to Johnny, then lying about it afterwards. All that eventually led to this trial.
43) Fits Dr Curry's assessment of her multiple mental disorders:
A) Overly dramatic and embellishment - The way he allegedly beat her up was like a scene from the Avengers.
B) Flowery language - "He was the love of my life," "It felt like a warm glow".
C) Lacks actual substance - "He beat me and I thought oh the carpet is dirty. There was mashed potato on the wall and my dog stepped on a bee, but oops I don't remember if I threw the bottle at him."
D) Mimicking - Copied Johnny's outfits every day during trial, as well as Dr Curry's hairstyle.
E) Needy and needs approval - Audio of her refusing to let Johnny leave.
F) Sense of shallowness - Facial expression changes in 0.5s whenever Camille objection stunlocked her.
G) Externalization of blame - Never takes accountability for anything and paints herself as an angel.
H) Deep seated anger and abuse of partners - DV.
I) Manipulation and self-centered - Gaslighting: "Look what you made me do Johnny!"
J) Fear of abandonment - Audio in Australia post finger accident of her crying and afraid that it's over between her and Johnny.
K) Make a lot of accusations when feeling slighted - Threatens with restraining order and abuse claims after Johnny wants to leave her.

I worked with a teacher very much like AH. Very skilled in fabrication and dodging. People like them have an unbelievable perception to see opportunities to manipulate every body and everything around them to serve themselves

As a victim and survivor I’ve also spent 3 decades working with victims helping them become survivors. There is no hard or fast rules as to how a victim acts but frankly I’ve never seen a woman or man sit and recount an SA or DV or R and stare down their perpetrator with not a show of emotion, for example hugging oneself or other micro expressions we have when we are afraid or are recounting a trauma. I’ve had 35 years and I still struggle to look someone in the eye if I’m revealing such trauma or I will rock and have to literally will my body not go into a panic.

When any man or woman,is abused ,they will immediately go to Hospital,record their physical abuse,and even then, it’s so exhausting. There won’t be. When lawyers do questioning to pick jurors, they kick out anyone who might have bias. Anyone that has/had first hand experience with DV would have been booted off the jury. I served as a juror on a DV case and the very first question they asked us was if any of us had been personally involved with any form of DV. Those people were immediately dismissed.
She should be absolutely ashamed of herself for claiming to be a DV Survivor. This is such a insult to all of those men and women who have survived DV. I don’t know how she can look at herself!
