Todays witnesses were amazing. I’m still blown away that the PRESIDENT of Dc films actually testified. And not only that, but completely debunked every word Kathrine Arnold said in under 5 minutes.
That’s how you find and use GOOD witnesses. Not by getting a Nazi scientist, a drunk off the street, and a doctor who only had 10% of the information and despite doing lots of these, didn’t care to ask for them to make his opinion. All of Heards “witnesses” have done nothing but waste time.

Kate Moss will only testify how great JD is and that he never physically abused her in any way after a long term relationship. Granted Amber has already been caught in multiple lies and many more the jury may not know about unless leaked it certainly is not going to help Amber and might help convince any of the jurors who are still on the fence for whatever reason. If JD never abused Kate or anyone else the common denominator is Amber.
All recordings have Amber provoking and admitting to violence and JD trying to quell any violence or run and hide. These jurors are not morons. They see the same thing the rest of us do. Difference being they will be instructed by the judge what to consider and what to overlook. You know.. things like hearsay and speculation and bias and feelings and politics.
She might be able to give Amber and her sister some tips on snorting coke that don't involve a tampon applicator 🤣

We are talking Hollywood here. It's a defamation suit. Who lied which ended up causing someone else damages? I don't think that decision will come down to what apparatus was used for snorting coke. It also sucks for JD that there are recording of Ambers sister saying she is the abuser and that she herself fears Amber.
Or of Amber apologizing for hurting JD as they are looking for the finger. The jury is going to have to deal with some regret if they make the wrong decision and find out about this evidence after the fact.

@@vtwinvera Dr. Shaw outranks everyone in that courtroom. They should all feel so lucky to be granted a truly insightful and intelligent lecture in psychiatry and it’s ethical practices. The scope of his knowledge exceeds his testimony in this case and it has nothing to do with Johnny. Every attorney in that room is beneath him. Especially Amber’s team. They’re nobody. If he did provide an evaluation on Amber, I doubt it would vilify her… it would shed light on her and probably allow us to sympathize with her trauma. In psychiatry, it is not the objective to vilify anyone, but to treat them. So, you can clearly see that Dr. Spiegle spoke unprofessionally and with the intention of belittling Depp. That is not treatment nor is it evaluation.

I love hearing from various angles that Amber Heard is NOT COMPARABLE to Jason Momoa... simply because Ms. Arnold asserted it as a fact. that needed to be dismantled, and it was. I love Camille too but I am good with watching everything. The truth is important as livelihoods are at stake but more important the actual victims to get vindication and not rewarding anyone for exploiting their rich, successful exes or important movements and charities. There comes a point where people just have to admit enough entitlement is enough already and when you do wrong you eventually have to pay for it regardless if it hurts anyone's feelings.
The victims of abuse that don't have this fame and money and power to fight it or get vindication when falsely accused deserve deserve better for the sake of humanity.

These are both human beings that have not properly dealt with their childhood trauma of abuse from their parents. Hurt people hurt people so there was inevitable toxicity in their relationship. As much as people are deriving entertainment on this because of their stardom, these are human beings at the end of the day and I truly wish they can both move on with their lives once this is finished and done with, seek intense therapy and HEAL.
True, but I think Johnny hurts himself more and Amber lashes out and has a mean streak. But yeah, agreed every human should wish every human healing. Hopefully all this destruction makes the architect of it take stock of their life and go forward and fix it, but accept that certain things cannot be undone. I think that's why Johnny sadly said in his testimony that it upsets him because it didn't have to be like this, he felt forced to do this and he really was.
Both have demons, but Amber physically abused Depp then tried to frame him as an abuser and ruin his career despite being given every chance to walk away amicably. They're not comparable in terms of malevolence.

I agree, I have been there myself. Sometimes it takes being abused and being broken to the point of finally realizing you need to get real professional help. Not just self medicating with substances/sex/etc anything else. I wish the best for JD and hope he realizes how much more he deserves and has to live for. I also hope AH gets the dire help she needs and I hope she is continually kept accountable and isn’t allowed to attempt to extort and abuse anyone else like this.

He said that the Jury saw that. They just looked sideways and gave her a judgemental look. So the Jury is Observing anything and everything. Justice will be served. Amber's body language has been so weird and Unstable. 6 weeks is a long time to act Like a victim consistently and we know Amber isn't that good an Actor. Lol.

He has avoidant attachment style; she has anxious attachment style. These types of rollercoaster relationships are very passionate but toxic. He runs, she charges. She charges; he runs. And the cycle repeats. However, there is absolutely no excuse for her to physically abuse him because of his drug addiction. If you love someone, you help them get better ( in her case she enjoys the control when he doesn’t do drugs) and once he independently does drugs without her permission; it triggers her fear of abandonment issues and she results to physical abuse to try to gain back control. I suffer from borderline disorder personality; and I know this type of dynamic too well BUT I have and will never physically abuse someone when I don’t get my way. I learn to deal with my insecurities and seek help to be a better person. Unlike Amber Turd 💩
☺️🥰 I appreciate and support your courage and this trial can be an important turning point to teach the general public that being diagnosed with a personality disorder doesn’t predict future behavior, that having this isn’t your fault, but taking responsibility for your behavior is your duty. Similar to how Marcus Parks talks about mental illness on Last Podcast on the Left.
She tried to reach out to his sister numerous times. As the sister herself said. The sister said she was exaggerating and she did no know her brother to do drugs, which was a total lie. She was half his age, in her 20’s. How is she expected to be the responsible one to this 40+ year old man. She still figuring life out herself at that age. She had a tough life too, not just him. He had all power control, she had none.
I have wondered if JCD has a type of detachment disorder. It’s tragic that such a sweet lovely man needs to distance himself from fulfillment.
My childhood and several other incidents oddly parallels his experiences. Being abused and neglected as a child leaves you distrustful to lean back and trust your partner will catch you. Not gonna happen. Both teams only have so many hours left of this case and it seems that Johnny's team will use that time wisely. It’s crazy that they’re trying to prove the Walden statements damaged AHs career yet it was actually all the recordings that were leaked that hurt her IMO. I knew nothing about the Waldmen statements. I only remember hearing the recordings and deciding that she was also abusive. When I first learned about the abuse allegations, was on her side then the recordings came out and I was on neither side. Then I watched the trial and I’m on JDs side. And mostly because he never tried to ruin her career like she did him. Also when he testifies he is (according to his body language) very believable. She comes off as unbelievable. Even her sexual assault testimony didn’t phase me. It was actually hard to watch because it was so cringe to me that she was trying to fake emotion.

From what I’ve read under comments on this same question is that their couples therapist instructed them to record their arguments and/or conversations. I’m guessing to help them improve the communication between each other after going over the recordings with the therapist. It seems Turd Twat-Waffle only liked to record, video and take pictures of things she thought and believed were beneficial towards her though and that made JD “look” bad.

I feel listening to this court case during the testimony and with the cross its like we are asking the same questions just different. It's like how many times did that doctor say soft cast or how many fingers were in the cast. I just screamed and say the middle finger and the ring did we not just go over this. Get with the program people cause that fact is yes he could hit someone just like any other cast there maybe damage depending on how hard you hit and that he maybe able to grab someone but most likely with extreme difficulty plus the amount of pain to do either hit or grab would probably put him on the floor. Was that so damn hard to describe. Not really like I said get with the program people.
Yes, but the Dr. didn't remember his cast being damaged. So it tells the jurors something. Would've been more helpful if he actually pulled Johnny's records, tho. They have to do all this crap because Amber's team has made some stupid accusations because they have not much of a case.
